Elyasix:Hmmmm 27 years for undergraduate is a bit dicey cuz the age range is like from 18-23 or 24 thereabout for Canada but when your GCMS NOTES comes out we will get a clearer picture of the refusal |

Elyasix: Ooo just like Mr awys commented your age range is above the program, at that age visa officer expects you to be going for the post graduate diploma or masters program. But just as the gurus suggested get your gcms note to shine more light on the reasons for rejection then we can know what next. |

Krissy01: Collect your money if he gives it back and the necessary details for your account. You will need it, for retaining a lawyer, I still think with an plausible grounds, and a good immigration lawyer, you stand a chance. |

It won't be mentioned in the mail but the gcms would shed more light on it. Follow the link below to order it https://www.justforcanada.com/order-gcms-notes.html#Order |

Please Nairalanders, I need urgent help: my brother submitted his family's passports for their visas and they came back today without the visas and with these papers attached. I don't really understand what the issue is. The children didn't need to do biometrics. Their parents did their biometrics in Abuja. My brother also submitted passports in Abuja with all the necessary documents he used to submit his and there was no issue with his. What is this transmission fee about? Please note that he sent his wife and two children's passports in one package. Can someone please deduce what they mean to enable them sort it out promptly. Thank you

Dave1860: I was just going to come ask about this here too. Let me still go ahead and ask. The agency I was talking to as per ticket was sending one kain mail that only citizens and PR holder can travel. Please for those who travelled recently was there any issue at the airport after presenting all the necessary documents? Were you asked for any kind of exemption/ letter or anything like that. Abeg please help us treat as urgent. Please and please. Any information regarding this will be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance. |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 18 by Yteem: 6:29pm On Mar 01, 2021 |
Dave1860: If it is family members, they are supposed to request for an exemption to fly letter or something like that. The family will not be allowed to fly if they don’t have that. Someone stated that on this platform before. The experience he had with his own family, wife and daughter. Mother was cleared to fly, daughter was not. |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 18 by awys: 6:31pm On Mar 01, 2021 |
Yteem:I thought it's the family members of the PR holders that are supposed to get an authorization letter being that they will be on visit visa and student were allowed to travel from October 20th 2020 so I don't know when this new rule came into effect that student are not allowed to travel we don't even have enough information on this travel thingy at least someone travelled last week and no issue maybe it's a new rule one should confirm well |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 18 by Yteem: 6:32pm On Mar 01, 2021 |
Baphil: Not sure but from what was stated on the envelopes, I think they expect the transmission fee of 7430 to be paid for the two children despite the fact that they did not do Biometrics. The fee is referred to as transmission fee. I think once they pay and resend it will be stamped. Whether or not that is allowed is another topic. |

Thank you so much. I appreciate your help and I am guessing your reasoning too. I will wait for more comments on this to know the way forward and what to do. Than you once more. Yteem: |
