How do I order for GCMS Notes ?
I am sponsoring myself...SSCE was my previous educational qualification. However I'd be going for Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering now and already gotten admission from University of Manitoba. (note: I had apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering and I didn't explain or put that before)...I am currently working on CAC to get my Electrical engineering workshops registered because I didn't put that in my previous application due to my ignorance... Please kindly help me look in this matter if I am making sense.

Good day Mr elyasix am sorry for the rejection I know how this feels I also am going for the same undergraduate program at University of Manitoba, and with help from this forum I submitted my second application already. Am sure with the help here and God's help you would be able to get it the second trial.
Moreover when did you submit and were you presented with the nse route.

Hmmmm 27 years for undergraduate is a bit dicey cuz the age range is like from 18-23 or 24 thereabout for Canada but when your GCMS NOTES comes out we will get a clearer picture of the refusal

Ooo just like Mr awys commented your age range is above the program, at that age visa officer expects you to be going for the post graduate diploma or masters program.
But just as the gurus suggested get your gcms note to shine more light on the reasons for rejection then we can know what next.
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 18 by Dave1860: 5:35pm On Mar 01, 2021
Is there anything like exemption letter for study permit holders flying into Canada? I heard about it recently. Just want to confirm
Yteem:

Letter of enrollment
Letter of acceptance
Covid 19 negative test result (72 hrs before flight)
SOA (POF)
ArriveCAN receipt
Tuition receipt
LOI

Quarantine plan. (Just know this and know where you are headed)

As for the experience regarding the mandatory hotel stay. We are waiting to hear from those who landed recently and can give us an update.

No I didn't sign any representative form. The agent definitely acted on my behalf do you know what I even find funny the most, its the fact that his telling me that he wants to try Cyprus so that I can go before April and I don't like Cyprus, I told him No so he's saying that he's done with my application that he would refund all my money that I should go and find another agent. After messing up my Application, he's now telling me this.... I'm so pissed rn

Collect your money if he gives it back and the necessary details for your account. You will need it, for retaining a lawyer, I still think with an plausible grounds, and a good immigration lawyer, you stand a chance.

Please Nairalanders,
I need urgent help: my brother submitted his family's passports for their visas and they came back today without the visas and with these papers attached.

I don't really understand what the issue is. The children didn't need to do biometrics. Their parents did their biometrics in Abuja. My brother also submitted passports in Abuja with all the necessary documents he used to submit his and there was no issue with his. What is this transmission fee about?

Please note that he sent his wife and two children's passports in one package.

Can someone please deduce what they mean to enable them sort it out promptly.

Thank you

I haven't check, it's just someone's experience. They had to send her family back to Nigeria because of the exemption letter (Approved permanent residence holder).

That's the only school that offers my choice of course in Canada to international students, Building information modelling management.

I don't know if there are other schools too.

I doubt it.
Google is your friend, have you searched for other schools in Canada that offer the course.

My search shows this schools offer BIM.

Institutions in Canada Providing BIM Programs
Algonquin College.

I was just going to come ask about this here too. Let me still go ahead and ask. The agency I was talking to as per ticket was sending one kain mail that only citizens and PR holder can travel.

Please for those who travelled recently was there any issue at the airport after presenting all the necessary documents?

Were you asked for any kind of exemption/ letter or anything like that.

Abeg please help us treat as urgent. Please and please. Any information regarding this will be highly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

If it is family members, they are supposed to request for an exemption to fly letter or something like that. The family will not be allowed to fly if they don’t have that. Someone stated that on this platform before. The experience he had with his own family, wife and daughter. Mother was cleared to fly, daughter was not.

I thought it's the family members of the PR holders that are supposed to get an authorization letter being that they will be on visit visa and student were allowed to travel from October 20th 2020 so I don't know when this new rule came into effect that student are not allowed to travel we don't even have enough information on this travel thingy at least someone travelled last week and no issue maybe it's a new rule one should confirm well

Not sure but from what was stated on the envelopes, I think they expect the transmission fee of 7430 to be paid for the two children despite the fact that they did not do Biometrics.

The fee is referred to as transmission fee.

I think once they pay and resend it will be stamped.

Whether or not that is allowed is another topic.

I still don't see any issue. Just make a reference to the transaction in your sop, but you'd have to submit both naira and dollar statement of account as prove.
Okay. that's great. Thanks a lot.

1.I don’t know about now but till last year, Ucalgary only consider all application after the deadline. My guess is that you applied for the Fall term and the application deadline is April 15 so you might not get a response before then but things might have changed cause the application deadline for fall in previous years was March 30 not April 15. But even at that it might still take two to three months so keep your fingers crossed.

2. Just ignore the original transcript on the to-do list as long as you have submitted the student copy. It will be stated on your admission letter to send the original transcript and admission deposit of $500.

3. The tuition fee is roughly $26,500 for the entire program excluding the general fees

Hope this helps

It helped alot. God bless you
