I was scammed by this guy.

Two days ago, while trying to buy us.dt through p2p. I tried buying10k us.dt from a guy on bina.nce. instead of me clicking 10k,I mistakenly clicked 100k and after I sent 10k to his account,I came back to see my mistake and I immediately chat him up on WhatsApp and that I made a mistake and that I want to buy 10k us.dt. he said no problem that what I can do is to cancel the order and he will send me the coyns equivalent. I cancel the order because I know it was my mistake and I trusted him.

Till now he hasn't sent it.....he said I should give him till evening,...when the time elapsed,I called him and even sent him messages...he didn't release it...even threatening me that I should do my worst that he won't release it. After I told him I will expose his dubious act...

It's over 48hours now, he hasn't refunded me or release the coyns...his goes by the name Okoh

Bro.... next time . just send message to binance customer center. you can even chat them up. the most important thing is to let binance know before you begin chat the guy up because once you provide evidence to binance they confirm, they can take the neccesary action to recover your money. even as far a s freezing is account to get back your money. no go de bank on any nigeria guy to send your money back especially in this period when it is sort of 'illegal' to engagr in crypto trading. Contacting your bank should be the last thing sha incase they beging to ask what was the money for(not sure about this sha, wait for other people to comment on this) Contact binance then contact your bank and see if they might ask what was the money for. if they dont sharpaly dem go freeze the guy account. shap shap the guy go drop your ba. no need to they follow the guy exchange word.

I have $500 cash I was planning on changing to naira so I can deposit in Luno or Binance(for altcoins, not sure about binance deposit/withdrawal for Naira tho) and start trading.

Should I wait for the USD to rise (Last time I wanted to change $ it was #380, now its #470) and can I deposit with this CBN ban?
