UKVI can only ask you to prove your attendance if you haven't been attending lectures or your attendance is very poor.

Firstly are you going to University of Hall or Hull?
Transcript either student copy or official copy can be use as far is not oluwole copy. Sending the original copy directly frm yur 9ja uni to University of Hull, just know that it will be charge @ International rate and if you change your mind about going to a different University, you will need to request another copy except if you can have a student copy yourself.

these are straight forward questions and any intending student that cant give answers to such questions is not a genuine student.

When I applied in 2018, they accepted my student copy. My school didn’t need to send it to them. When I arrived in Hull, I went to the administrative office and they photocopied the transcript for their records

These are softball questions that any genuine student should answer easily else you don't deserve a visa.

The question is..what do you plan to do with your certificate after graduation? So my question to you is...are you going to apply to settle in the UK with your certification after graduation?

Think of things you can do with your certificate after graduation...jobs, starting a business, going for more studies?

the bolded is wrong, your marriage certificate is proof that you are married not same name. change of name is not compulsory, its your choice. you may or you may not. hope this helps

What @ OmamedeRex was postulating was that one should not let the visa officers think that one intends to remain in the UK after studies. This is clearly a requirement when applying for Canadian study visa for example, even though majority of those who get Canada study permit go on to become permanent residents. Otherwise, one's study permit application will be refused.

Now, for the UK, will it be best for your application to indicate you have no intention to remain in the UK after studies or not?
And @HYFR007, this has NOTHING WHATSOEVER to do with being a genuine student or not. Because the funds to study is completely available, and there's every intention to focus and complete the study.

The UK and Canadian visa rules go nothing in common(just in case you got both mixed up, again if you can't answer simple question like what you planned to do with your certificate after graduation then we have a bigger prob here.

If you planned to spend millions of naira to study in the UK and you are unable to tell the interviewer what you planned to do with your certificate then don't be surprised if you are refused a visa.

Settling will come after you get a job or start a business with your certificate.

Why are you struggling to understand this? Of course the interviewer knows that majority of students coming to the Uk to study will end up settling here but that was not what that question is all about.

I’m making an application for myself (wife) and 3 kids to join my husband who resumed for study in UK this year January. I would be using my statement of account containing #14m as proof of funds for myself and 3 kids.

Pls note kids are 5yrs, 3yrs and a few months old baby.

I would like to know if I’m supposed to create different applications for the children or is there a way they will fall under my own application?

Also below is a pic of an area of the child’s application form where I got confused and now I need help to know which is right to pick. If I pick yes it says I need to fill a third party declaration consent form. I’m confused if I’m supposed to pick ‘yes or no’. If anyone has gone through this stage before pls help.

I haven't personally filled this form so some things I am not sure but I would expect each applicant will have their own application
