Good day my able engineer, for me personally as far is bungalow. I can spend as much as I can to bring the beauty out with high roofing design. I will suggests recommending not less then 5 meters/ 16ft to 5.2 meters / 17ft king point, let see what the building will look like if the owner is open to options before committing his money.

Please who does automatic gate here or knows anyone within Benin city that installs remote controlled gate

Nice building. I concur with rotecch77.

But if you intend to do bring out the boldness more in this build you should do a modified version of a parapet retaining wall before you roof at that low kingpost( no need for hidden roof per se)
I hope we know there's a big different between parapet walls and concrete fascia.

I understand this concept and I can relate to what you and your architect are trying to achieve. I'm working to achieve this same concept as a forever home after the pandemic by God's grace. This is a very nice concept and if executed correctly the outcome will be outstanding with panache. This concept can be said to be a California bungalow or Colonial bungalow or Plantation bungalow. I love the double aspect and the tall accent windows. This brings in loads of natural light. This is the original concept of bungalows before the concept changed over the years. See attached photo. This is the same concept you are trying to achieve with your client. I get you but spend as much time and detail with the floor plan as well. Get the flow right because the accent windows go with a certain flow, so no dark corridors, spaces or foyers.

Now, I read about flat roof going with this concept. Abeg, tell your client make s/he no just try am. Flat roof wetin? Who lights a candle and put it under a table? Who spends over 10 million on a home and then slap on a flat roof and thinks is a crowning glory? A 10million home with a flat roof is like a man with many wives but not enough soup to eat his fufu.

Good morning all. Pls my site is an area with iron and salt. If u do shallow borehole u will get white water and after some hours it will turn brown(sign of present of iron) if you dig Dipper you will end up with salty + iron water.

I have wasted 80k digging borehole and it's salty. Who can help me to dig better one that won't be salty? Only 2 people in my avenue are lucky to have clean water without iron and salt.

I think it can be done with some modification.

But what comes to my thoughts now is you can do the parapet and a precast work at the edges like what is done for window hoods.

This is not looking good bro...the design looks so disjointed and lacks proper arrangement. Please request for the service of an Architect, so you can get something worthy.

Pls, whats the cost of making water tank stand for a bungalow, i assume 24ft is ok, out of which 6 to 8ft will be in the ground and the rest outside.

The stand will be made of 3 inch galvanized pipe.

Also what is the cost of 3,000liter plastic water tank
