Tell the Pope that there is nothing wrong with being tribal in Nigeria. What is happening in that diocese has nothing to do with Tribalism. We can't discuss that matter now.

On a larger scale, it is more of a sin not to be tribal in Nigeria. It is important to note that you can be tribal without being discriminatory.

Being tribal simply implies looking out for the good of your own people. Where it becomes a problem is if you do it at the expense of others.
You can look out for the good of your own people without doing harm to others, the same way a man takes utmost care of his household without harming other people's households.

All Nigerian governors are supposed to be tribal, that is why they were elected in the first instance - to take care of their own people. The only executive that should not be tribal is the President. Unfortunately in Nigeria, the President is practicing the highest form of discriminatory tribalism, while the governors that are supposed to be tribal are the ones looking for other tribes to please at the expense of their own people.

You just spewed crap. Even the Bible says LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOUR AS YOURSELF.

It also says IF YOU LOVE THOSE THAT LOVE YOU WHAT DIFFERENCE ARE YOU FROM GENTILES BUT DO GOOD TO THOSE THAT HATE YOU, LOVE YOUR ENEMIES, BLESS THOSE THAT CURSE YOU AND PRAY FOR THEM WHICH DESPITEFULLY USE YOU AND PERSECUTE YOU.

Mathew 5:44

God is not tribalistic and as his children whom we claim we are, be like your father.

Why didn't the papacy allow Cardinal Arinze became pope as the most qualified instead of this man?
Mtcheew.

So ekwulobia now is a diocese?
I didn't see this coming. That's good.

Will like to know those under this new diocese.

Only u made sense here.
Arinze was the most qualified but he was sidestepped cos he was a black man.
How many years of Catholic church and their bulk of adherents in Africa yet they don't want to reward black man by making him pope.

The same with all of them. Jehovah witness will never put a black man as part of its governing council or is it Anglican church?
Let's narrow it down to Nigeria.
Redeeem, winners, any popular Pentecostal headed by igbo, enenche etc will never give pastors from other tribes recognition and higher offices rather, they are always sent to villages to go and plant churches, remit a particular amount every month, uprooted when success has been attained to another remote village to go continue suffering.

That the world is this way are these religious supremacists with unquenchable greed for power and control.

Tribalism sucks.
The best way to cub tribalism is to LOVE one another. Don’t pass judgment to that man or woman, boy or girl because of what you heard. Get to know them and love them for who they are. Be someone of integrity. Treat people equally. Don’t withhold love to someone who desperately needs it because the person is not of your tribe. Instead, love the person even more. Promote that person in the office that you know deserves it. When we do this, we will not only shape our immediate environment but we will shape our world.

I'm educated enough to be enshrouded in the tentacles of tribalism. But what I've noticed about this tribalism of a thing(Especially Yorubas and igbos), is just based on gross, erroneous generalizations. A yoruba man will say igbo people don't have respect, which is not true.

Trash!
Trash!!
Trash!!!

You wanted to make sense by buttressing on his point "selection of pope" but you deviated and spewed trash.

Why single out a tribe as if your own tribe is perfect or free from tribalism?

Which one is "all Pentecostal churches headed by Igbo", as if your tribe is free from tribalism?

Like I said, all you to typed are trashes.

The Pope is speaking to Igbos, particularly those Mbaise animals who have given Nigerian Christians a bad name.

Tribalism is ingrained in the DNA of Igbos. If you make an Igbo man God and he's speaking Igbo on judgement day, other Igbos would complain that he is Wawa not speaking their dialect.

Igbos in mbaise fought with the pope. This is because the pope selected someone from outside mbaise to be the Bishop of Achiara diocese in mbaise. They said that the pope was marginalising them and persecuting them.

Igbos in Ipob fought with jesus christ. They said since jesus christ is the Lord of all those marginalising and persecuting them, they'll boycott jesus and start praying directly to Chukwu Okike Abiama (the God of all Creation).

If Igbos can insult the pope and keep malice with jesus christ, you all would realise that they should just lock down the entire Igboland and conduct mental tests on all of them.

It is hitting the nail on the head. Most Christians these days sleep and wake with hate and bitterness in their heart. They are cursing and swearing when they pray. The so call Pastors sow seeds of hatred and discord in the hearts of their followers.
The Pope has spoken. He is a Christian.

You will understand christian leadership behavior better if you read their 1994 manifesto written at Ebute Meta and published in Ibadan by CAN headed by RCCG. It is rooted in hatred for Islam and muslims and they have always had the ambition to convert Nigeria to Christianity. Look at their logo. Just assume it is Muslim logo. What do you think CAN would be saying by now?.

If you need to read their manifesto let me know. I will direct you to where you can find it. I mentioned christian leaders because average christian is not aware of CAN agenda. So what CAN is doing today is well documented in their 1994 manifesto.

If you mean the office of the Bishop of Rome, it is high level politicking and it is selection by voting not appointment of the most qualified member
