the blocking is not about the percentage of your cancellation. You should always complete 60% of all your total trip in a week e.g if bolt send you 100 trips in a week make sure you complete 60 trips out of it , the ones you did not complete you can decline, customer can can cancel, you press arrived button and waite for 5 minutes before you cancel, you can also cancel. it's stated in one of there training videos that you should always complete 60% of all your total trips

Your theorem is wrong, check my screenshot and see that mine was not up to 30% completed trips yet not blocked!
Bolt blocks for different reasons, so imagine you being blocked because clients cancelled too much requests grin.
And it's 3 mins to cancel after sliding arriving now.

Been a funny season for me. First, Nairaland blocked me from commenting for more than a week. Next bolt did theirs. Now, the car self no wan work. Code p0441 wan scatter the car. For 5 days now the culprit is uet to surface.

Abeg Blackbishop what's the likely things to check for evap problem?

Try Google, and watch some YouTube videos to know more about errors you encounter, it helps a lot even if you are not to do the labour but ideas help a lot.

Someone have given you a better advice on how to maintain activity score though.

But in simple terms, don't allow your activity score to go bellow 80% and you'll be fine.

The cost of things has gone up .. Exchange rate and ongoing road construction near the port has made business very difficult........

I will be bringing in engine oil that will be more affordable and will do as well as the name brand oil ...... So no need to worry if mobil or other name brand is out of price range.........

Even the price of Mobil 1 imported for the Nigerian has gone up

So sorry for your ordeal bro. When you come back online, note the following tips. We've shared it before, but for your sake lemme type again.

Please note that this works for me and my least rating was 4.74. Present rating is 4.98. Activity 96%.

1. Always ACCEPT ALL TRIPS even when you don't intend going on the trip due to distance or pick-up location or destination. Just accept. If you don't intend going, and the rider refused to cancel, just slide arrive and wait till it starts reading PAID WAITING. It's usually 5mins. But someone said it's 3mins. Me, I cancel when paid waiting starts. And you should be good.

2. ALWAYS KEEP YOUR CAR CLEAN. After every ride, tilt your head towards the back seat to see if the previous rider littered or dropped anything. If you have to park to dust your carpet for sand or litter and dust your seats, please do it. The 60secs you spend in cleaning your car would pay in the long run. For a little extra, have a can of a nice air freshener in your car which you can spray occasionally to keep your car smelling fresh, that's if you don't have those block air fresheners.

3. Keep your car in good condition. AC cooling, suspension noice etc should be in check.

4. Be polite. The Good morning or afternoon or evening you greet a rider when he/she enters your car would not kill you. You don't need to wait for them to greet you when they enter your car. Have a good day (MORNING) or Enjoy the rest of your day (AFTERNOON - EVENING) or Have a good night (NIGHT) are good ways to part ways with your rider. You don't need to ask them to rate you.

5. DON'T FIGHT WITH YOUR RIDER. This one can't be overemphasized enough. Truth is, there are times a rider would piss you off. Just take it in good stride. No rider would go with you to your house, so worst case scenario, you'll spend a couple of hours with them. Just tolerate them.

6. Abeg these ones don do. Follow these ones and you should be fine.

The car na tokunbo oooo. the oil that came with it never went short till i change it. it was when i first service it i start experiencing the shortage

I thought I was the only one experiencing this. You buy a toks car and drive it for almost a month without the oil dropping, but as soon as u do servicing and change with recommended oil, d car starts to short oil. Auto Experts in the house, please what could be the reason for this? Is it our weather, d quality of engine oil sold in Nigeria, a combination of both or what?

Noted Boss. Kindly let us know when it comes in. Even the one I thought was good (Mobil semi-synthetic) is now expensive. I wouldn't mind adding a little extra for a better quality.

Is Mobil 20w50 used overseas?
I’ve heard of semi synthetic before this Mobil 5w30, Castro too has semi synthetic.
But as you don talk say kaseem too talk say this oil no good, na too fall back to palm oil ooh. grin
Or wait for elders to chook mouth

Am not saying semi synthetic oils aren't good. All am saying is this particular Mobil semisynthetic 5w30 made for Nigeria market is not reliable. If u can't afford full synthetic oils use other known and reliable semisynthetic oils.

Have u ever thought why the Mobil 1 5w30 sold in Mobil fuel stations in Nigeria is different from the Mobil 1 5w30 imported by Dru, Gazzuzz and co?

Baba make I no lie you, ur warning or blocking if u have been warned already is loading.

U can cancel 3mins (phone no. Not reachable) or 5mins (passenger did not show) after sliding arrived depends on the reason u r giving for cancelation, U can also cancel (rider requested ride to forbidden area) without waiting and it will not affect your activity, but don't do the last one more than twice a day, u will be flagged.

Yes, u can be blocked for passengers cancelling too much Or client did not show. Its not ur fault but that's what has been programmed into d algorithm and computer no send u, e no go reason am with u. Warning first then blocking if u don't improve on it. I was lucky d last time, they sent me training slides again to go through it and write a test before I was unblocked after 24hrs. I said I was lucky because my next blocking was supposed to be 1month since I have served 24hrs and 1week blocking already.

So no guck o,
25% You didn't accept
25% You cancelled
75% Client cancelled
75% Client did not show

Exceed these consistently for 1month and get hammered.
