@paulachuks2 or anyone that just got visiting visa, I need some clarification, should please share me with document submitted or contact me on demmisoft@yahoo.com. I have been denied South Africa visa twice last month base on Hotel could not been verified and document lack credibility respectively, of course to the best of my knowledge I have submitted all the relevant document with balance of 3.5m. The same set of document I used to apply for the SA visa, I have been to SA on three different occasion without breaching immigration rules. Maybe I got something wrong. pls kindly advise.
Re: General South Africa Visa Enquiries by paulachuks2: 1:27am On Mar 09, 2021
Yes I understand that already. But my question is looking for a possible way forward. What do others do in a situation like this that can help.

Geenosko:

Your accommodation and return ticket has to reflect the intended period you want to stay because that's what the immigration officer at the PoE may most likely use to determine for how long he will stamp you in for.
Re: General South Africa Visa Enquiries by paulachuks2: 1:30am On Mar 09, 2021
I didn't do anything differently. I only had to submit my application review some documents with the VFS officer to ensure there were no errors. Thank you

Are you in SA and want to extend your stay?
Re: General South Africa Visa Enquiries by sapphiremystic: 11:52am On Mar 09, 2021
Hello, I believe your visa states 3 months multiple entry on the condition that you don't exceed 30 days, right?

If that is so, make sure you don't exceed 30 days, you can go back and return within the 3 months stipulated on your visa, just don't exceed 30 days, if that is the condition.

paulachuks2:

Hii @collinsfbi pls help. I applied for South African tourist visa and got it. I got a 3 months multiple entry visa. I intended to stay for 7days as I stated in my application letter, but now i will like to spend more time in SA cause of work holiday. I will like to spend more time within the 3months visa issued me. Please is there a legal way I can do this and not have issues when next I'm applying/extending.

Thank you

Are you saying I can stay upto 30days if my visa states 30days, knowing that my application letter, hotel and flight itinerary stated that I wanted to stay 1week?

Need help with this guys......

Hello guys. I have 2 quick questions.

1. Is flight booking through wakanow.com valid for submission
2. Is hotel booking through www.booking.com still valid for submission. If not, what is/are the best hotels to book directly around Randburg/Joburg.

Does anyone has idea about appeal process. My visa denied due to accommodation not booked. Even though it was a full scholarship and they had it booked. Any help? Seems no more walk in Abuja. Is it vfs or the high commission I should proceed. Many thanks

Oh wow so sorry about this. I think you can book an appointment on vfs. Was it stamped on you passport denied or they sent a mail. I have a similar issue with accommodation in my application but I’m yet to receive word on it. I hope to not prepare for the worst.
Re: General South Africa Visa Enquiries by sapphiremystic: 12:25am On Mar 10, 2021
Exactly, if they wanted you to stay for just a week, it would have been stated in the conditions. My cousin applied for 10 days and she was given exactly that.

When I used to visit, I usually apply for 2 weeks and I get 30 days, then I spend maximum of 25days to be safe, and I was never denied consequent visas till I got my study visa.

Re: General South Africa Visa Enquiries by sapphiremystic: 12:31am On Mar 10, 2021
So sorry about that, someone shared a while back that it's not advisable to appeal as it takes a longer time for them to respond. It is better you do a fresh application and correct whatever the error is.

You'd have to apply at vfs south africa for an extention and to be very honest, there's no guarantee that you will get it. Processing times are now very long because of covid. If it's a multiple entry, I suggest you return to Nigeria and then come back else you could be flirting with undesirable status.

no response was gotten from Veronica.. I used hotel booking close to my school. 3days bookinh
Because of the time you booked in December, did you have to update your hotel booking or you just didn’t touch it from the time you applied to the time you got a response?
I booked a hotel too January 4 when I applied, booking was for 2 weeks but since then I haven’t updated the booking and I’m very sure it has expired.
Re: General South Africa Visa Enquiries by demmysoft: 8:32am On Mar 10, 2021
Thanks for your response, can you share your timeline with me please, like the account balance, are you employed or self employed, did you have any invitation letter from there or just hotel booking etc. I still wonder why I was refused. trying to fix out where I got it wrong.

Moreover, has anybody submitted recently, have they started appointment or its still walking-in.

Good day house,
Is it advisable for a mother to include a child in a study permit visa application? What's the probability the study permit will be granted especially if the mother is married and the husband is not going with them ?
What is best way to apply for a study permit and include a less than 2 year old child in the application?

I believe the total amount to be paid is a function of the factors selected:

One (first) qualification submitted: R1700-00
Each subsequent qualification submitted: R850-00
Courier delivery: African continent R275-00

So you will pay between R1975 and R2825

Also, you don't need to send hard copies, just upload your documents and they will contact your school for confirmation.
