OP from my discussions with a lot of people especially from the middle belt, many of them admit they made a mistake fighting against the Biafrans given the present situation we find ourselves now in Nigeria. So generalizing hatred against Biafra isn't really right. On the other hand, Southwesterners especially hate anything Biafra. I don't really know their fear

Because ibos are wicked and evil. They have killed many Nigerians by selling fake drugs which have killed so many people because of their greed to get reach quick. They have sold fake products as original which have left many people maimed or dead. They are cheats. The are hardened criminals and armed robbers.

I won't demonize Nigeria with the Story I had heard, Nigeria remains my country and I should dream, I won't let the shadows of the past hang on me, I love my country and I believe my country loves me, we are not against anybody we just want prosperity and betterment for our people and the country, the country needs to prove that she is evil to me, otherwise Nigeria remains my beloved country and I must continue the struggle with my province.

I'm not a threat to Nigeria's unity, I'm not a threat to Nigeria's integrity, I'm not a threat to anyone or any people who does not threaten us, now tell me, why would Nigeria seek to dismantle my government, I'm not even asking for the costly process of constitutional review.

I think the hate in recent times was fueled by Nnamdi Kanu's initial tactics of castigating every other tribes especially Yorubas.

Good that Kanu has become reasonable enough to stop castigating the Yorubas---many of whom are also tired of the way Nigeria is run and also want at least a restructuring of the country.

Many reasonable and honest Yorubas want the status quo in Nigeria changed, so why not work with them instead of against them like Kanu was initially doing?

Nobody will change Nigeria, you really better get used to the status quo, Yorubas are the least prepared natuon for Nigerian reality, no body is really talking about constitutional review at least till 2023, that's what's in Everybody's mind, even Biafra is banking on 2023, and same 2023, the only thing that will happen is a new government, no restructuring, no separation if you like make Nigeria a failed state and pay the ultimate price, as you can see Kanu is not making Nigeria a failed state.
