Felicity001: I don’t want to argue, cos you just seeing everything with the Nigerian mindset. You just imagined that everything Nigeria is fake or substandard. I no blame una, you can only talk from your level of exposure. So the crude oil we produce in Nigeria is substandard or low quality ? The fuel they export back to Nigeria is fake cos officials are corrupt. The expatriate working in oil coys are corrupt too The QA/QC in coys are all corrupt so they reduce standard? All DPR, Napims and monitoring teams are just there to take bribe and not monitor anything. Let me not talk ask people that work in major oil coys, they just chup big salaries and produce low qualities cos they are operating in Nigeria. I’m not comparing Nigerian products to American products, but I’m saying Nigerian standard is Nigerian standard. Stop assuming cos it’s Nigeria it’s fake or substandard cos nobody monitors it. 2 Likes |

samobaba4u:What!!! Its God that is just saving us in this country,we consume lot of fake products,no wonder people are dropping dead(young ones especially) often, older people are even staying alive than youths. The quality things they use during their time,is no where to be found again. In my family house,we have a fridge that was bought in 1987,its still working till now,we only changed the gas once, same with soft drinks that were sold then, you will see the quality in these products. The day i saw a bottle of fanta, that was sold in the US,na that day i know say na poison we dey drink here. 5 Likes 1 Share |

dru23: Nigeria produces their own oil but can’t refine it. Sir do you know how much an Fpso or drilling rig cost Nigeria? https://m.guardian.ng/energy/3-3bn-egina-fpso-has-opened-nigeria-for-more-investments-say-stakeholders/ How do you think Nigeria govt make money, by producing fake crude oil ? 1 Like |

BAZ001: If Nigeria was able to effectively refine their oil . there wouldn't be any need for dangote to built the largest refinery in the world... Whether Dangote refinery is the largest in the world or not is up for debate ..... Now dangote is telling the government that if anyone wants to import oil into the country they will need a license to do so....... Keep in mind other countries are moving from oil ...... 1 Like |

lagusboyyy: So the Coca Cola bottling company in Nigeria is producing fake or poison cos it’s in Nigeria ? So you think D coke produced in UK is the same with US and France but different to Nigeria. You guys are comparing fake to original in Nigeria. Why do we buy Mobil oil in Mobil filling station and not road side ? Why do we go to some major pharmacy and not just walk up to road side pharmacy? How many times did they try to kill dora Akunyili. If there is original then there must be a fake. |

BAZ001: Mobil 2000 can't be a bad engine oil@ all if Mobil xhp is a good engine oil for it's class den to get Mobil 2000 semi synthetic is jst a combination of Mobil xhp 20w50 and Mobil 1. Cos semi synthetic = convectional oil +synthetic oil, u dig And also all dis Mobil engine oil might be imported in drums/tank B4 transfer 2 gallons |

BAZ001: You are missing the point... What international company produce for the Nigeria market is different from what they produce in their home country.. These companies get away with a lot of things. .. You can't blame them , they will get away with as much stuff u allow them to get away with it........ There is biscuit that I like called Mcivities short digestive . there is the Nigerian type and UK type ... I hate the Nigerian type and I always go for the UK type.. You can tell the difference in the taste....... 7 Likes |

Slickleo: Trust me bro there are more substandard things in Nigeria than standard things... Unfortunately Nigeria has become a dumping ground...... Ziplock bag that you can use to freeze things . I had to bring my own from the USA after the Nigerian one I use came apart .. I use those bags to carry dry food stuff bag to Yankee.. The bag couldn't hold much of my dry food stuff .. So I bring my own from Yankee .. These are examples am giving u . I could go and on nonstop....... 3 Likes |

BAZ001: A lot of things are substandard join with fake things... The plastic cup is what I use to entertain my guests when am in town .. The Nigeria red color cup will not hold the drinks well and very flimsy .. So import my own and it is washable as many times as possible... Very sad that I have to import these things .. Funny part is that these cups can be made well to standard in Nigeria.... So these are simple simple things that am talking about . imagine bigger things that are substandard .. I rather pay more money knowing that the things I buy will last me long time ..... Even the Hennessy self I dey import am in on special order....it is what it is 1 Like

dru23: Most of all dis international companies hv categories all the market, for Africa I know we re classified as 3rd world country, so the standard we get can never be same with developed countries. For instance American produced cars come with curtain surrounding air bags where as even brand new bought in 9ja hv only dashboard airbags 2 Likes |

dru23: Is the price the same ? This red cups are used in every corner in Lagos, boys , touts and party, but cos u travel often u say it doesn’t hold water well. Nigerian standard is for Nigerians it’s not fake, it’s our standard doesn’t make it fake. American specs cars are different from Korean specs. 1 Like |

1daboi: What are the problems of Aveo abeg...Every car has its own comma, but overall, Chevrolet Aveo is a good fuel economical car. For the purpose of ehailing in this Lagos, Auto Chevrolet Aveo is better than Manual Honda Civic. I repeat, avoid anything manual for ehailing. If its rentals, u can try and see, if it doesnt favour u, u drop d car. But to carry ur hard earned money to go and buy a manual car for the purpose of ehailing? It will only end in tears. Premium tears. This is not an advise. 2 Likes |

BAZ001: Guy there's a difference between production of finished products and exploration of raw materials...in the case of crude oil, we r just drilling out what's under the ground. Even at that, the process used here to drill have been long abandoned in developed countries. Do u know how many oil fields and drilling platforms are in Nigeria apart from the most recent Egina FPSO? No let make we digress, d engine oil made for Nigeria is not in anywhere close to the global standard and that's the fact. Oya go and ask Mobil customer care why the Mobil1 sold in America is different from Mobil1 sold in Nigeria |

Slickleo: Lolz...I laff in Spanish. So if I buy conventional oil and buy Mobil 1 synthetic and mix it together I have 2 gallons of semi synthetic oil? My brother it is chemically mixed and industrially refined, not just mixing finished products together like alomo and coke 4 Likes |

Kanoski: One ogbanje rated you low. Slickleo: I would not advise him to follow this advice as I was flagged for doing this. Solution: Try to have a clear mind while working and hope for the best. Continue to ask riders to rate you after almost every trip but do not beg. "Could you please help with the rating, thanks?" That's all. |
