Just be patient, it usually come late but once you receive the mail ensure you use it immediately

We just have to be patient, unable to validate my bvn yet, giving me an error message. But they really tried shaa, document has been migrated to the new portal.

I have received the mail, but anytime I input the new password and confirmed password I always get this message "something went wrong ". I have not been able to change the password.

Please I followed the link assigned to batch C beneficiary and after clicking the reset password for first timer, I was not sent any link to my mail..


I have tried thrice and no mail

Please am I the only one experiencing this?
