Please is this ok ? And what other items should l look out for because he mentioned many l can't recall.

The person quoted "total workmanship" meaning carpenter, welder and mason included. The only thing missing in that list is wood. It is a fair quotation

Is he going to be the iron bender too. The rods are too few.
Is labour not too much for only mason labour? Carpenter and iron bender's labour is not yet included

The young lad handling my structural designs was a Unilag student when I met him and he was able to deliver what a very popular “big name” in naija construction industry could not achieve in a year within 3 weeks.

He handles 99% of my drawings since 2015.

He’s obviously quoting for a precast parapet. A lot of homeowners have run into problems because we are looking for a builder/engineer who can speak Queens English.

I think I understand what he’s trying to do and how to handle such worker if he’s working for me. I won’t be looking for ways to only cut cost but a way to get the best out of him.
