Trying giving each document your name and proper identification of the documents
Your documents should be less than 200kb
Your photo id less than 70k

Mine stop showing error after I worked on these and I was able to submit

The whole process is summarized as thus:
First u need to input ur email by clicking the forget password , u will hav to wait for some hrs for d activation link to come , sometimes it takes couple of hrs but not more dan a day, den follow it from dere
Note dat if u input ur email many times, u will hav to wait for d last one

It's network,keep trying and ignore the error message,as a programmer it's script error when there's so much traffic, someone else profile can even appear instead of yours,what you do is that you logout and login again, don't be surprise it was updated. For your case,keep trying and Ignore the error notification until you see "you've successfully updated your profile. Go to test". In the test you'll still have errors, or your password not correct,ignore and keep trying. Hope this helps.

But I haven't had the opportunity to change my password.


I also noticed that if I try to log in with my email and any random password, i get logged in.

please...... someone should assist me, my bvn validation keeps showing BVN not found. this is thesame bvn I used during nyif application.

I experience network failure after writing the test.
I couldn't submit , i was log out, then i try logging back, it was showing account blocked

If all your details are correct, Ignore the error message and keep pressing validate, it'll go through

I tried it for someone, error message was that phone number doesn't match BVN details, I kept pressing validate despite the error message showing up severally, and it eventually went through
