You're correct, but it's between 18 - 30 years of age.

This is a major controversy amongst many, however, I choose to remain in the "fixed" camp based on pattern recognition and demographical observation. You probably know that in our contemporary day, many scientists has been vitiated by corrupt government officials to postulate scientific claims that will benefit the government and big corporations who are allies of the government. For this reason, for every claims made by a top ranking professor in any field, there's also another top ranking professor that is waiting to discredit such claims and they do this by:

1. Propaganda.

2. Truth + Lies.

3. Truth + lies + Truth.

The social media is the final kill; anything it supports becomes the ultimate "truth". Very difficult ferreting truth in this modern time.

But note that IQ/Intelligent capacity doesn't equate to street smartness/machiavellianism. They're very different. The former grants you an ability to be highly successful in academics like science, mathematics and technology, which in return grants you high success in life if it accurately correlate with other factors like good health, good energy, low neuroticism. High IQ makes one work little and earn much or do difficult task without becoming histrionic.

Street smartness is the ability to manipulate yourself to the top, it involves every form of tricks you can easily pull from your sleeve. Understanding human nature and psychology is a greater advantage. Low/Average IQs are more street smart when compared to the High IQs who dwells in the realm of numbers, logical and pragmatic reasoning.

Hard truth: not everyone will become successful in life. But those that've access to good information and will really put the necessary required work will experience breakthrough. The poor in majority will ever remain with us because intellectually they're dumb and socially they are not street smart and don't have the ability to leverage their way to the top. Pareto distribution on ground!

1. Men occupies the realm of both the low IQs and high IQs. Women, always average.

2. Average woman is more manipulative than the average man.

3. Majority of high IQs are men.

4. Majority of low IQs are men.
