Even if i assit you with the verification, it won't be useful as there are no booklets in Alausa

Once you capture in Kaduna, within few hours, your passport is ready for collection.

I wouldn't know. The new booklet is being considered and will introduced soon - the logistics involved is the cause of the delay.
Once everything is put in place, the issuance will begin. So since you don't need it now, enroll but make sure your NIN is correct and well arranged before doing that.

17800 for 32 pages OR 22k for 64 pages in all states except Lagos, Abuja and PH.
In these 3 states it is 26k for 32 pages and 36k for 64 pages

Yes, few booklets came in late February and they have already been used to print for Nov/Dec applicants even late December applicants are yet to be issued with passports

Go back there and you'll see people with Jan dates receiving their passports.

Some factors could lead to the delay of passport production as well. The fact that you captured before someone doesn't automatically mean that you'll get it before others.
