These loan companies are simply professional thieves and arm robbers capitalizing on the level of poverty in Nigeria. Why is it that they don't have a physical location? How can they send such incriminating messages to a debtor's contacts? Did they seek their consent before granting the loan? Are they operating under the designated guide lines?
I would advice anyone embarrassed by these so called loans companies not to pay again

Exactly. Myself also, i really intended paying them back with d default days charges but these Idiots are super rude when they call and then sent embarrassing messages like my family name are thieves and on d run.

How do they want me to pay again after this damage like they can redeem my image after d super rubbish they did. I swear i feel like i should never pay again..lets go to court, they destroyed a supply i normally make weekly with their Useless messages. They should better be smart and find other ways of getting their loan back than this format. My loan is 2500naira o

you are right, they should find another method to collect their money from their debtor, embarrassing the debtor is not the solution to repaying loan, it can discourage the customer from repayment the loan.
