Good evening everyone in the house. Please I need an urgent answers from the gurus here. 1. Can I submit my application without transcript? 2. Does the amount in my account matters when I have a good sponsor? 3. I'm applying for study visa during the week, how do I start? I'm not using agent, just me. Thanks |

DannyD12342: Have you contacted IRCC to inquire about the current status of your application since your submission?. Sometimes it's good to contact them asking if they need additional documents/information from you so as to expedite the processing of your application. This most often reminds them to work on your file and provide an update. It will end in praise 1 Like |

Yemite1845: There is no logical progression for Business Analytics/Data Science with digital marketer. To the best of my knowledge, a management program should be your ideal course of study. An MBA program or Master of Economics are good options for your profile. It will end in praise |

Austin163: Transcripts is a very essential document to be included alongside your application package when applying for a study visa to Canada. Even though, there are a few number of applicants who were successful without including their transcripts with their application, I would urge you to include it. I recently noticed a new refusal reason from the immigration of Canada, which is often as a result of "missing marksheets/transcripts" to show progression for the chosen course of study. To play on a safe path with your two eyes closed, its advisable to include one. With respect to your second question, the amount in your account matters a lot in your visa application and further demonstrate your personal financial establishment. If you're a matured applicant and in gainful employment for the past 3 years and above, its very important to show substantial proof of funds on your part irrespective of the fact of being sponsored by a family member. I hope this information satisfies your enquires. It will end in praise 2 Likes |

Wadogho: Generally Speaking, I wouldn't advice anyone on this platform to use company's sponsorship for a Canadian study permit application. You can only do so, on the account that the owner/CEO of the company is a close family member. However, if the owner of the company is not in any way related to you, it will be extremely difficult to convince the visa officer on the provenance of funds accessibility during the course of your studies. ozone00001: I don't think this should have a negative effect on your present study permit application considering that you're a minor (below the age of 18) as at when your mom filed for the US application. You can provide an updated study permit form IMM1294E and upload it via IRCC webform with brief explanation addressing the issue. You will face no problems whatsoever in the hands of the immigration authorities. It will end in praise 1 Like |

Hurllarh: Withdrawal of her current study permit application shouldn't be a feasible option here. She was a minor when her mum filed for the US application. She can update the IMM1294E study permit application form by including the refusal and provide a brief letter of explanation addressing this concern. From my vast experiences, no reasonable visa office allegedly charge her for misrepresentation. @ozone00001, please be properly guided. It will end in praise |

dyce101: Its not advisable to have two temporary resident visa applications processing simultaneously at the Canadian High Commission. You've the option to withdraw the long processing visitor's visa application and apply for study permit to further your studies in Canada. It will end in praise 2 Likes |

Anon123: Surprisingly, member of Parliament has little or no role to play on an applicant's application. They can obtain the current status of application but can't expedite the processing or decision of the visa officer. I would recommend applicant should contact both her primary and secondary visa officer in an email to inquire about her application. It will end in praise 1 Like |

feclela: You can still use him as your primary sponsorship for your visa application. Although, you must include strong evidence that this farm business has been in existence prior to the registration of the business. You can include pictures, receipts/invoices as well as land documents or a letter from the ruler of the community authenticating this business to be functional in the community. More so, there is no harm registering the business now and including it with your application. You should explain to the visa officer that the farm business is located in a rural area and as such your parents haven't deem it necessary to register it wit the federal government. Emmyzdon: Sure, she still remains your biological mother. Although, if you're a matured applicant above the age of 35, it will raise eyebrows as to why she is financing your studies instead of your husband or yourself. Therefore, do your very best to dot every i's and cross every T's in your application. It will end in praise 1 Like |
