I'm doing another one now. It's rising but really slow.
If this one fail again, I will leave this bread thing till maybe 2 months time when there will be significant weather change.

Lol, yup, it's a lot of wahala, especially peeling the beans and making the pouch, but it's a fun process overall. I wanted to use moin moin leaves and found someone who sells them online but just when I decided to order them earlier in the week they were out of stock. I'll be buying them (to use next time) once they re-stock. I'm eager to see what they're like, as I've never seen nor used them before.

I'll post a photo later when I'm eating. They taste so good.

As for that bread, everything was ok but it refused to rise.
Weather too cold. I suppose put am inside warm place so e go rise. As the thing refuse, na so I bake am like that.
Don't know which name to call it

Bread here sucks. Very very tasteless. No more buying that thing for my family.

Cococandy, the oster oven is beau Less time and energy saving. Maybe I will get my money's worth afterall. Convention oven tii take over now
