First of all, it's a lie. FIRS has only 1 office in Niger state. It's FIRS not FRSC.
Secondly, if they had ten offices per state (which is a lie) surely not all the offices will entertain visitors. Perhaps only the state hq.
So 3.8m/36 will give you over N100k per day for refreshments, which we know it's not feasible

Every adult pays taxes in some way or another! You chop meat pie for restaurant, tax dey! You buy petrol, tax dey! You use toll gate or buy recharge cards, tax has been added one way or the other. Not to now talk of bank transactions, buying items online, salaries etc. If the average Nigerian knew the various forms of taxation in this country, we would start paying attention more to government wastage!
