Germi9: if you can decode Gumi statement about Christian army killing terrorist, you will know how evil these northeners are imagine some foolish and imbecilic statement coming from their religion leaders, how much less just normal citizens they've used religion to threatened Nigeria peaceful coexistence and this same people won't allow everyone go on their own way, so that they can be free to practice their weird religion is it not Islam they're practising in Dubai and other sane Muslim countries? 5 Likes |

Rip to the gallant soldier. There is a well spelled out plan to exterminate soldiers of high rank who are from SE/SS. The best way out as a soldier is to run for ya life or join the moving train(ESN) |

Use foreign mercenaries to fight and end this needless war or use only Northern Muslim soldiers to fight Boko Haram because they are sabotaging the efforts of the Southern soldiers by leaking classified military information and tactics to their Boko Haram brothers to strike success successfully. If not tell me how Boko Haram always get information of where Nigerian soldiers are heading to that they always ambush them on the way Northern Muslims are Boko Haram, Boko Haram are Northern Muslims. Stop using Southern soldiers to fight the foolish needless Boko Haram war. Northern soldiers can defend their region perfectly while Southern soldiers defend the south, and when we have external attack from foreign countries then Northern soldiers can unite with Southern soldiers to fight them as one united NIGERIA Army. 1 Like |

It is cleared that there is no political and civil will to end bokoharam or banditry. The body language of northern politicians who have seen it as a cashcow say this, an average core northerner who is seeing it as an attack on Bokoharam is an attack on the north is sympathetic to them. This is an asymmetric warfare and can't be won by the use of force alone, the almighty US failed in this regard, Russia also failed. Now you have a confused depleted military who think they can win by the use of force alone. The wise soldiers from the south should excuse themselves and let them destroy themselves. How can a southerner or Christian soldiers still be fighting bokoharam with all Gumi said? These people are used to death here and there what surprise most southerners do not surprise them. So as a wise soldier from the south or middle-belt, leave them and let them destroy themselves. Sooner than later they willl be tired too and face criminals themselves. |

knightsTempler: I want to ask you a question relating to that your comment above. If all the South East and MB personnel resign from the armed forces and come back home, do you think you will be safe? Do you think BokoHaram, Bandits and Fulani herdsmen will leave you beloved and blessed southern region alone? Do you want your doorstep to be the forefront of the war? This time around a war where you and I will be carrying forks and cutlass and guns trying to defend our ancestral lands from being taken away from us like it’s done in the west as we speak? Oh you think if Nigeria Government decides to leave Borno State for BokoHaram then you and I are safe? You have no single idea what JIHADIST AND INVASION means! Bro don’t make me swear for you! You bette shut that mouth if you have nothing sensible to say! Appreciate personnels from the South East West and MD who are at the forefront fighting this war against people whose main objective is to conquer our lands and drive use into the ocean! 1 Like 1 Share |

This is extremely sad. I just worry at the rate at which the army is losing experienced middle level commanders. Was he in the lead truck? Or did the enemy have insider information regarding his vehicle in the convoy? All the same very sad. |

Idiko1: You are very right. I served in riverine Ijaw area of Rivers, so I know that Andoni are not Ijaw. Was surprised reading that. The writer apparently wants to elicit empathy wrongly. Perhaps, they felt without attaching Ijaw to Andoni, people wouldn't know since Ijaw are among the better known ethnic groups in Rivers. |

Sheik Gumi has given us hint of what is happening in the Nigerian Army. Muslim repentant Boko haram recruits are giving out information to their ISWAP Jihadi terrorists to kill our Christian soldiers. Recall Gumi told Bandits that Christian soldiers are the one killing them. It goes to show Muslim soldiers are sympathetic to Boko haram and would ordinarily kill fellow Christian soldiers or give out Information that will endanger their lives. This is why I suspect the Abuja crash that killed all Christian soldiers going to rescue the Niger state kidnapped students. Who knows if the plane was manipulated to crash. How come all the flight officers are christians? I don't trust this govt and her islamic project 2 Likes 1 Share |

A Lieutenant Colonel commands a Battalion. Originally a major is a company commander but In the absence of a Lieutenant Col. a major can act as an acting commanding officer. A Colonel commands garrison. EzeNri: 2 Likes |

now that they've killed my brother Buhari can now rest,I cried last night because in Nigeria where minority groups are regarded as second class citizens when will another Andoni man get to that position? We gave Nigerian government everything and got nothing in Return. who is really benefitting from this insecurities? If a soldier is killed in Rivers State the Nigerian Army will come and burn down the whole community but today thousands are being killed in the North and no community has been raze down and the most painful part is that the government is contemplating of giving amnesty to the criminals RIP MY GENERAL 2 Likes |
