He should request for his MBBS transcript and transfer to another school to resume 400 level. delay is not denial. i know of someone who had similar issues but he is in 500 level now. he took my advise. the guy said he has a spiritual attack and left medicine for about 5 years in UNILAG. but he came back to resume at a lower class. with your 300 level MBBS result, you can resume anywhere in the world, all doctors knows this.

If you read through the response from UI, you will see that he was given opportunities to continue his studies but he failed, more also the years of his studentship has lapsed. Considering all this i don't think any school will admit him to study medicine.

UI also exceptionally tried for this guy. However, mental disease is real and when it affects you, it's like another person taking over your soul and body. You will become a new person entirely. Please take your mental health very important, carelessness on your part or your guardian part can lead you to committing suicide, walking aimlessly, becoming paranoid and psychologically demented.

It's real and please everybody should watch out because the present situation of the country has been turning thousands of young brilliant Nigerians into a moving disaster, drug addicts, suicidal etc.....please watch out, please be careful....

Common man! Did you read the post? The school gave him several chances, but it just wouldn't happen for the guy.

You also need to understand that the course of study was Medicine. Would you like a surgeon operating on a loved one to suddenly elope in the middle of a surgery, only to resurface, say after, a week? If the loved one doesn't make it, who would you blame it on?

U.I would actually have produced a disaster waiting to happen had it been they smuggled the guy through Med school that way.

Finally, please let's learn to take off the veil of ethnicity and "religion" at all times as a people in order to see, grow and show empathy.
