Negative. You dont have to pay 1yr tuition fee before applying for a SP. The docs you listed above are good enough for your application, along with all other required documentation ofcourse.

For those of you having issues with all sorts of international transactions. I was able to use barter virtual card by flutterwave to pay tuition fee.

Honestly, it may be best if you can pay your first session fees and if possible, open a GIC or have your LE in your personal account.

The resonation of your opening statement sounds like you're going for a 2nd UG?

My study permit application would be 1 year by march 20.
I did not submit my passport together with the application. Vfs didnt collect it.

Paper application Timeline:
- Applied: 20th March 2020.
- Biometrics done 20th March
- Got AIP (Approval-in-principle) : 25th September 2020
- Medical Request: 1st October 2020
- Document Request (New LOA):- 5th October
- Medical Updated to Passed: 14th October 2020.
- Biometric Validity Letter (BVL) :- February 26th,2021.

Been 14days (2 weeks) since i got correspondence letter (BVL) and since then nothing oo!!
Is there anyone with similar time line?

And i have sent mail and webforms taya!�

If you're late January till date applicant, and didn't get the NSE request email, don't panick; the application is going well and NSE may not be requested, especially if your eligibility has began.
