[PLEASE HELP ME @ EVERYONE. HOW CAN I REQUEST AND GET GCMS NOTE? THANK YOU quote author=Frankrobbn1 post=99913587] The visa officer is not satisfied with your intent to study in Canada considering that you've a degree and now seeking to pursue an ordinary diploma. I will suggest you apply for a Post Graduate Certificate in Global Business Management or better still try an MBA program since own a registered business in Nigeria. This will prove to the visa officer in your next application that your situation has substantively changed to merit a visa. It will end in praise
|

dyce101: It takes a long time for IRCC to acknowledge receipt of withdrawal request/mail. This is as a result of the effect of novel pandemic, most visa consulates around the globe are working with shortage or critical staffs to process applications. No one can tell you for sure how long the duration for a withdrawal request would take. It will end in praise 1 Like |

Mummy4life1: I want to believe that your compensated agent is suggesting that you should write the IELTS exam because of the newly implemented program by name "Nigeria Student Express Program" (NSE). Its totally not a bad idea as your application will benefit from faster processing time from the immigration authorities of Canada. Please proceed with the IELTS registration and submit a copy of your certificate with your application. I can't really say much about the professional fees of your agent regarding your visa preparations. However, properly evaluate the services they will be providing during the process and the contract agreements. It will end in praise 1 Like 1 Share |

Hello guys, my sister got a visa denial this week. But that is not the main issue, cos she was not really interested in it anymore(other plans came up) the issue now is that one of the reason given in her denial was that they are not satisfied that she will leave Canada cos of her family tie in Canada and her home country (Nigeria). What do they mean by family tie in Canada because she never sa

id she had any family in canada.

Mummy4life1: More importantly, tread with caution whenever you're dealing with most of these agents. We have heard bad stories about the dubious ones who don't give applicants access to their applications, including fraudulent documents for applicants which oftentimes leads to a 5 year ban as well as not being able to package a visa application in order to gain success. Again, all the information about preparing a successful study visa application and the list of documents are presently available on this thread at no cost. I wish you a successful application.
