It has been long o. Most of the messages these days are on increment and wealth; nothing on eternal life or salvation. Just prosperity teachings left and right.

Almost everyday, that's the reason i love my church. Churches nowadays focuses more on prosperity messages and tithing, yet greater numbers of people are living in abject poverty. please note, i am not in anyway kicking against prosperity messages, just that pastors no longer preach salvation messages again, what reigns now is prosperity.

Btw, my church is BROTHERHOOD OF THE CROSS AND STAR, the most stereotyped church by hear say and ignorant people, but believe me it's one of the best.

But nothing stops you from preaching against them yourself, so I take it that you do not, so from today, you be the preacher against all immoralities after all everyone is empowered to preach Rightness/Righteousness!

I am Maximus one of JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES, we PREACH and TEACH this from time to time that's why many can't worship with us, they're scared of going out to knock on the door of someone they're committing adultery either with his wife or her husband in secret.
Moreover if they're caught they will be sanctioned as each JW must report any sin he or she witnessed another JW commits, that's our beliefs so we PREACH and TEACH it without season! smiley

U notice that every comment was volunteered by each poster.
To demand my answer when ur yet to give urs is hypocrisy.
So practice what u preach.
I hope it's clear?

Thanks for the clarity, however my comment is reasonable based on the fact that you first demanded responses without first presenting your own details.

Thus, while it is not wrong for any person to offer up their own views even in the absence of your own presentation however, some of us are entitled to reasonably feel that it is unfair and imbalanced that we should tender (give) our own issues while you have failed to disclose your own grounds.

For the unfairness lies in the fact that whilst we are opened to be cross-examined, you, the Op however, are secured from being cross-examination, thereby perpetrating an injustice to the other party.

Thus, the equity and fairness is that both parties should have equal opportunity to be cross-examined on their respective views and not one party alone.

This is the basis of I, and I believe, is Providencia's reasonable observation!

It would hold water for as the Originator of this Issue, the Reasonable Burden is on you to state and present your own Truthful Observation in consonance with your enquiry which will properly lay the ground on which there could be a fair and equal basis of assessment of the issues that may subsequently arise therefrom, giving each interested party an equal opportunity to examine those issues so laid and raised!

sigh...
and what's the topic again
SMH.
how is postulating bombast supposed to help ur argument?
if u choose to comment on a thread of ur own free will, how is that the OP's problem?
what premise then gives u, the visitor to the thread, any right to demand answers u urself refused to give?
u talk as if some metaphysical equation has been destabilized.
"equal opportunity" fa.
unbelievable.

is it lack of adequate preaching on sin that makes members of HOLINESS CHURCHES, Jehovah witness, deeper life, redeem, membersto be rated all time no 1 on sinning chart around the world and back home in Nigeria?

Sometime in future, u will take this shallow logic to a serious, important discourse and wonder- too late- why, HOW it failed u.
then you'll recall this thread.
then d shoe will drop.

I really do not care about winning arguments but I take it very seriously when it appears that I am being slighted and made out to have done a Wrong, when I am certainly within Lawful Limits and have so conducted myself therein, that I will not accept!

man just derailed my thread for absolutely no reason.
well, my fault for joining issues with u

all ur silly claims of breach of rights and being slighted-
on top thread wey u dey philosophize since
amazing...
since u didn't want to suffer inequity on my thread, u should've just done a "jump and pass".
after all, in how many threads do u go demanding answers of the op?

instead, u both REFUSED to participate AND demanded that I must give my own answer, lol-
as if THAT DEMAND doesn't breach MY OWN right to keep silent on the issue; as well as presuming I have any idea of the goings on in a church.

go ax d pipu wey ansa d kweshun, weda my lack of ansa dey pain dem as e dey pain u.
anyway, I've given u advice I feel u need.
take it or leave it.

Certainly your fault for joining issues with me, when I only merely advanced an irregularity spotted and then you decided to conduct a cross-examination on me!

Now I have passed and you have failed, so therefore, you seek opportunity to Re-argue that which you lost!
