Dear All, I have Bsc in Education/Accounting with 6 years experience as an Accountant. I got an admission for Postgraduate Accounting Diploma. The offer is conditional as it requires payment of a semester tuition of about 6,075 CAD before an unconditional offer would be provided. This is actually not refundable based on the school's refund policy. Should I go ahead to apply with the conditional offer or risk the 6,075 to get the unconditional offer for visa application. I appreciate your responses. |
