I notice you are really interested and want to get into this KDP stuff. But the problem of writing the book keep holding you back.

Well, you are not alone. I'm also like you. Just like the Op, I'm among the first set of people to have discovered Kindle publishing when @Mk88 introduced it to Nairaland.

I followed every step then, and successfully publish a book on Amazon in 2015. But then I left it because I basically don't know what I was doing plus the difficulties in writing a book.

That one book a successfully published have not sold a single copy till date

You know why? There is more to Kindle Publishing! Knowing what I now know, I did almost everything wrong.

But because I know the potential of this opportunity (KDP can make one a millionaire under 1yr), and I was determined to succeed there, I paused the business and was consistently looking for a lasting solution to make it big on KDP.

It is over 2yrs now, and I've never opened my KDP account.

The good news is that I have finally found a solution and will be launching: "The Return Of Kindle Publishing" program in October this year.

I'm still developing the program right now, and by the special grace of God, I will get a serious breakthrough in KDP and start making thousands of Dollars every month by next year from this opportunity alone

search for course programs in agricultural programs in any college or uni with your first degree and knowledge in botany/plant science if you construct a strong statement of purpose to the supervisor/vo.my dear millions of fundings will fall on you so far nigeria matter is concerned is all about faith and work though am just passing the message to you as am led.


As for the program in agriculture you hate it you don't like it never mind get there first with it
Take your time study and do that don't rush

That's a red flag! Ur undergraduate is plant science(if I am not mistaken) and you are going for computer science, they are not related. The VO will consider purpose of visit and u risk being denied. I still think u need to search well. There may be some course based programs u can find that are related to ur UG. Patience is the key!

For some, it was an easy ride while for others, it took lots of strategizing and restrategizing (going back and forth the drawing board) before securing a supervisor. I belong to the latter. The first time I contacted the supervisor I'm currently working with was in 2013 and eventually got a position in his research group in 2015 (24 months after). I made sure to keep in touch all thru. As a result, he had one impression about me, "Persistence" (which is a key attribute in research).

Frustration is a key component in this process, so I would say you're on track but then, don't give up on your dreams if you truly want to go into research.

Is it worth the stress at then end of the day? Sure!!!

You don't have to give up keep looking...most schools I applied to for masters didn't ask for supervisor..maybe coz it was computer science but basically they didn't ask...they just wanted me to apply and that's all . ... really I will advice you get a master's program and save ur self the stress ur CGPA is too good to not go for a master's...and it will be hard to convince the VO that PGD is good enough for you... purpose of visit will be a big issue..

I understand your pain.

Have you checked this university "USASK". There is a research group in the computer science department thatvl works on researches related to plant sciences.

I actually contacted the leading principal investigator when I was hunting for supervisors and was given the green light.

Maybe you should contact them. Do a google search for "PLANT PHENOTYPING AND IMAGING RESEARCH CENTRE, Usask" .

Why do most Master's degree programs in Canada require someone to get a supervisor first?
For some couple of months now, I've been mailing several profs and doctors regarding a space under them.
Its either there's no available space or I don't receive any response from them

I've been trying to look for a Masters program but all of the schools requires that I have an academic supervisor at their school before I can apply for admission.
My undergraduate course at my school is Plant Science.

when I applied to Centennial I sent my official transcript to them and they forwarded(scanned copy) everything back to me to add other documents and convert them all to one pdf.In the end, I got mi transcript. U may consider sending to the school officially, I believe they will still forward it to u cos they usually prefer everything being in one pdf.
