This is not arrest for crimes committed but harassment and extortion. They just see people on the road and grab them and from their, u are guilty, if u have plenty money, u might pay ur way out, if not, u will rot there, with no charge against u, with no formal case against u. Your only crime is, they suspect u.
While i don't condone fraudster, efcc and its operative needs to go back to the drawing board and stop these harassment. It's totally uncivilised to just pick people up from road, for crimes with no investigation or complaint from anybody or anywhere
