A Former General Superintendent of Assemblies Of God Nigeria Rev Dr Paul Emeka was on monday 19th November 2018 restrained from holding or organizing a Parallel Council Meeting with the name of the General Council Of Assemblies Of God Nigeria.

The Court also also restrained Rev Paul Emeka from announcing himself of being re-elected as the General Superintendent or officer of the Assemblies Of God Nigeria having been Suspended and Dismissed from the Church.

In a Suit No HIN/28/2018 the Presiding Judge Hon Justice C.U Okoroafor also ordered that tghe Court order be Published on National dailies and pasted on the gate of the Former General Superintendent while the case was adjourned till 12th December.

There is Palpable Tension in the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) over the secret visit of the Party’s Flag-bearer for Bende Federal Constituency Mr Chima Anyaso to Former Abia State Governor Dr Orji Uzor Kalu in Germany.

A Group,Bende Agenda Organization had yesterday slammed the Mr Anyaso for denying visiting the Former Governor in Germany when the Process of the meeting was Started here in Nigeria.

Stakeholders of the Peoples Democratic Party in Bende Local Government Area are said to have complained over the timing of the visit Two Months to the General Elections in Abia State.

Hundreds of Christian clerics under the auspices of Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) staged a peaceful protest to the gate of Government House, Port Harcourt, demanding an end to the Southern Kaduna killings.

The protesters were received at the Government House, Port Harcourt gate by the Representative of Governor Nyesom Ezenwo Wike and Chief of Staff, Engineer Chukwuemeka Woke . The Christian leaders presented a letter for President Buhari to the representative of the governor, asking him to transmit same to the President.

In an address on behalf of the Rivers State Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), Primate ICT Anyanasikike called on President Muhammadu Buhari to end the genocide in Southern Kaduna.

The Rivers CAN called on President Muhammadu Buhari to rise and confront the hydra headed monster of Islamic Jihadists.
