I think every state has its own hood. Best thing would be to avoid staying in those areas. here in Massachussets, its Roxbury, Dorchester and Mattapan. You do not want to even visit these places, talkless of live there. Shootings are carried out in broad daylight.

Ask Hannibal. He has been to Houston. There is this street called Bissonett and Bell-Aire. You wouldn't believe that place was ALL WHITE. Now it is flooded with hispanics and those N.Orleans people. I can deal with the latinos because most are doing what they can to provide for their family. But them N.Orleans people are down right raggedy. I'm sorry to say it but they are. They came into my school with this attitude, rolling their neck like there is no bone there to support it.
