I'v been in touch with the bank since yesterday. I also sent a mail to AE (not expecting a reply), but surprisingly they replied me this evening. They provided me with a screenshot from their database which showed that the money was not with them (bank also said it has been removed by AE). I have forwarded this back to the bank and they replied few minutes ago to acknowledge receipt and let me know their chargeback team has began investigations into the matter. I ordered for some items from the same seller since february and waited for more than 2 months without receiving my goods (China airpost). I opened dispute just a day before the stipulated delivery date (after the seller had extended the first delivery date).
