Crime / Policeman, Pastor Killed In Shootout With Ondo Kidnappers by raluchi93: 10:11am On Nov 30, 2017
A policeman and a Pastor/ businessman, Oluwafemi Akomolafe, have been shot dead during a shoot-out between police detectives and suspected kidnappers along Ore expressway, Ondo state.
The pastor’s son, Timilehin, and two others- Micheal Popoola and Henry Usifo, kidnapped after the shootout, have been rescued by police detectives in the state in conjunction with village hunters. Gun Vanguard gathered that the late Akomolafe was taking his son Timilehin back to school in his car when he ran into the crossfire.
He reportedly died on the spot following the stray bullet that hit him while the kidnappers took his son and the two other victims away.
Confirming this yesterday, the state Police Commissioner, Olugbenga Adeyanju said the victims were rescued when detectives invaded the kidnappers’ hideout adding that no ransom was paid. Adeyanju pointed out that the three victims, who were travelling from Port- Harcourt were kidnapped while on their way to Lagos.
Narrating how they were kidnapped, Adeyanju said
“On Nov. 24 at about 3:45 p.m., one Mr. Akomolafe was travelling from Akure to Lagos to drop his son, Timilehin at the University of Lagos. “Unfortunately his jeep was intercepted by kidnappers and in the process, he was killed and his son was kidnapped. “The jeep right behind his vehicle was equally shot and the mobile policeman lost his life but the driver was fast enough to escape to safety when policemen came to the scene firing and the kidnappers ran away.
“They took Timilehin and two other travellers, Popoola and Usifo, who were coming from Port Harcourt to Lagos in a commercial vehicle, and this happened almost simultaneously,” he said.
The commissioner said the kidnappers escaped with the gunshot wounds after a gun battle with policemen.
“The victims were, however, rescued without any ransom paid after men of the Nigeria Police and local hunters combed the bush around Ore, where they intercepted the kidnappers, engaging in a gun battle with them, and injuring one of them, who escaped in the process. Adeyanju said no arrest was made but those rescued are volunteering useful information to help in the arrest of the kidnappers.

30 billion for the account ooo
You never see anything, it's funny how when a church needs to build a toilet and bathroom, people will raise 10milion, but when a member needs 2million for a kidney transplant, the church will raise "prayers..... Prayer everyone.

Celebrities / Daddy Freeze And Davido Reacts To Video Of Pastor Adeboye Asking For N1 Billion by raluchi93: 8:46am On Nov 30, 2017
Daddy Freeze shared an old video of Pastor asking for donations from members of his congregation.
The video was captured 3 years ago, at the 61st annual convention at the expansive Redemption Camp, along the Lagos-Ibadan expressway.
Adeboye apparently, announced plans to build a new auditorium stretching three kilometres in length and breadth, he then appealed for donations for the new auditorium which would quadruple the church’s present auditorium which has an estimated capacity of about one million people.
Adeboye was quoted in the video saying;
“We need N1 billion from ten people. If you are one of them, please see my personal Secretary after we finish today,” Mr. Adeboye announced to the congregation.
“We also need N100 million from those who can afford it, if you are in that category. Please see my personal Secretary as well.
“Nonetheless, we need everyone’s involvement. If you can afford N50 million, N20 million, N5 million, N1 million to as low as N100, kindly make sure you participate.”
Daddy Freeze then shared the old video, and reacted to it thus;

E ku ise Oluwa!
Billion Naira gang Is the special announcement only for the billionaires? Did Jesus segregate the believers according to their spending power?
If I may ask, where did all the billions and hundred millions go to? Did it go into building free hospitals or free schools or factories where workers can work or was it just swallowed by ‘church expenses’ or was it geared towards building more churches, something we already have much more than enough?
When Moses realized that there was more than enough offering to finish the temple, he instructed the Israelites to STOP bringing their offering.. Are we ever going to finish temple building, or is this a perpetual process in Nigeria?
I hope this billion Naira offering was shared equally among all the believers as practiced by the disciples in Acts chapter 4? ~FRZ
#FreeTheSheeple
◄ Acts 4 ► [32] All the believers were one in heart and mind. No one claimed that any of their possessions was their own, but they shared everything they had. [33] With great power the apostles continued to testify to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus. And God’s grace was so powerfully at work in them all [34] that there were no needy persons among them. For from time to time those who owned land or houses sold them, brought the money from the sales [35] and put it at the apostles’ feet, and it was distributed to anyone who had need.
◄ Exodus 36 ►
New International Version
[3] And the people continued to bring freewill offerings morning after morning. [4] So all the skilled workers who were doing all the work on the sanctuary left what they were doing [5] and said to Moses, “The people are bringing more than enough for doing the work the Lord commanded to be done.” [6] Then Moses gave an order and they sent this word throughout the camp: “No man or woman is to make anything else as an offering for the sanctuary.” And so the people were restrained from bringing more, [7] because what they already had was more than enough to do all the
work.
Jude Okoye.
Jude Okoye then left a comment under the video. He wrote; “Ah ah! Just like that? Where’s OBO..”
Davido also left a comment on the video as thus; “30 BG”, (30 Billion Gang).

Celebrities / Uche Maduagwu Blasts Banky W For Exposing His Wife’s “tiny” B*tt by raluchi93: 12:44pm On Nov 29, 2017
Unarguably, the most popular upcoming actor in Nollywood, Uche Maduagwu is still pissed at the fact that Banky W and Adeusa decided to go for a flamboyant wedding.
Recall he took to his Instagram to call out the couple for spending so much on a mere wedding.. He blasted the couple after the Lagos traditional wedding, wanting to know why a big wedding was needed for a good marriage. This had made people call him a hater especially since it was obvious no one invited him to the wedding.
“Is it too difficult for you to do a small wedding? @bankywellington Are you #wedding the whole of #Nigeria or just one #girl? Hmmm… My P.A just showed me an old #post of yours on #instagram where you said you would never do a #big wedding, and just yesterday, my Ex- #girlfriend also showed me a #video where @adesuaetomi said she would never do a big wedding too, so what really went wrong?
“Can’t you #guys emulate my best #friend @iambangalee when he had his wedding, am sure the whole #world did not hear about it, until after the whole ceremony, because he knows the #food you invite the entire village to come eat with you never last… listen, those people who are #dancing and praising you today, some of them are secretly waiting for your #marriage to break like the wall of Jericho so they can #laugh at you.
“I’m the biggest #actor in Nigeria, and am saying its not too late to taking your #relationship off social #media, a word is enough for the #wise. #repost #pic #bride #weddingday #blog #nollywood #share #beauty #lagos #smile #good,” Maduagwu wrote.
The white wedding which coincidentally had happened the same day with Oritsefemi’s wedding had not gone unnoticed for him and he was quick to applaud Oritsefemi while mocking Banky and his wife.
Now, following the mistake of Banky yesterday which exposed his wife’s naked b*tt to the world, the upcoming Uche had laughed the couple to scorn and also calling Adesua’s b*tt ‘Tiny’
In his words, he asked if the groom was now happy after exposing his wife’s tiny b*tt to the world.

Crime / Kidnappers Claim Relationship With Police, Collect N10m by raluchi93: 9:26am On Nov 29, 2017
Two cousins, Olugbade Ibikunle and Rafiu Isiaka, who spent 10 days in the kidnappers’ den in Akure, Ondo State, have said their relatives paid N10m before their release.
Isiaka, who narrated their ordeals to Punch, said the abductors boasted that they were working with the police.
He explained that the kidnappers were nine Fulani herdsmen, adding that he and his cousin were abducted between two police checkpoints.
The Punch had reported that the duo were travelling to Abuja from Ado Ekiti, Ekiti State, on October 30, 2017 when they were waylaid on Akunu Road, Ondo State, near a police post.
Operatives attached to the post were said to h)ave engaged the kidnappers in a gun duel; but they escaped with their targets.
The kidnappers subsequently contacted the families of the victims and demanded N10m ransom for their release.
The families had begged the kidnappers to take N3m, but they rejected it, insisting on the N10m.
The case was reported at the Ikare Police Division.
Isiaka said none of the gunmen had been arrested by police since their release penultimate Monday.
He said, “We were abducted between two checkpoints. The distance between the checkpoints some metres from each other. The kidnappers were bragging while our relatives were negotiating with them, saying picking us between two police checkpoints was not for free.
“When we begged that there was no way we could get more than N5m, they tortured us. We were tied and beaten up. They said they would take us to a worse place if we didn’t pay the N10m.
“So, we had no option but to tell our people to borrow money to secure our release. They said they would settle some policemen from the ransom. They gave us concoctions and didn’t allow us to know where we were until we got to the point of our release. We were released at Ogori Magogo in Kogi State, where the ransom was paid.
“Since we returned, we have gone to the Ondo State Police Command to meet with the Commissioner of Police and he had directed the Officer-in-Charge of the Anti-Kidnapping Unit to track the telephone number used by the kidnappers to contact our relatives. We did all that they asked us to do; but till now, we have not heard anything from them. Whenever we called the OC, he would promise to get back to us.”
Isiaka said seven of the abductors were fully armed.
“Five were with pump-action rifles; one with a double-barrelled gun, and the seventh person, whom they called Senior, carried a pistol,” he added.
The uncle of the victims, Kayode Afolayan, said he reported the claim of the kidnappers to the Ondo State Commissioner of Police, Gbenga Adeyanju, but the CP dismissed it, saying it was false.
He said, “The kidnappers collected N10m from us after 10 days. They told us that some policemen would collect from the ransom and that there was no way they could all share N3m. They said they get leads on their targets from policemen. We reported to the CP, but he said no policeman would share money with kidnappers.
“Two relatives took the money to their hideout in the night and the kidnappers warned that they should not involve security personnel. They confirmed the money was complete before the victims were released. They divided themselves into two; a group collected the ransom, while the other one released them. The police said we should give them some time and promised to track down the suspects.”
Folusho Adeyomoye, the younger sister of Ibikunle, the artisan, said he sustained injuries and was admitted to a hospital.
She added that he had travelled abroad.
The state Police PRO, Femi Joseph said he was not aware of any policeman colluding with kidnappers, adding that the command was making efforts to arrest the suspects.

Crime / After Serving Prison Term, Nigerian National Found With Drugs Again In New Delhi by raluchi93: 7:30am On Nov 29, 2017
A 26-year-old Nigerian national was arrested and 260-gram heroin worth Rs 26 lakh was seized from him in New Delhi, police have said.
The accused, Justin, used to conceal the drugs in audio speakers to avoid detection by the police.
He was arrested on November 24 from near Dada Dev Khel Parisar, Palam, Dabri Road, Delhi, when he had come to supply heroin to someone, they added.
He was earlier arrested by Punjab Police for drug smuggling. After completing his sentence, he moved to Delhi and started supplying heroin here.
During interrogation, Justin revealed that he had come to India on business visa in 2011.
He started exporting clothes to Nigeria from Ludhiana, but he suffered losses, the police said.
During this period, he came in contact with locals who introduced him to drugs, and he also started consuming heroin.
Gradually, he started supplying narcotic substance as his friends from Nigeria were also involved in drug trafficking, the police said. He was arrested by Mohali Police in 2015. He was convicted by a court there.
He came out of jail in May, 2017 and came to Delhi. Since he was unemployed and addicted to heroin, he again started supplying heroin to earn quick money. He will be charged again.

Webmasters / Re: How Much Would You Make In Google Adsense Everyday To Satisfy You? by raluchi93: 7:53am On Nov 08, 2017
webincomeplus:
Truth is, one really can't get satisfied.

When I was earning about $5 per day, I used to say, "If my site should just start earning $10 per day, I'll be fine."

When I reached $10/day, I would say "If I should earn $20 per day, I'll be just fine."

When I started earning $20 daily, I said, "If this site should get to generate $50 per day, what more do I want?"

Now, I've reached that point and am already fantasizing about generating $100 per day!

So, I don't think one can be satisfied. After reaching a dream target, you'll feel happy, fulfilled, and excited. But when that becomes a normal thing for some time, you'll start thinking of "stepping up".

PS. For those who might think it's so easy, scaling up from $5/day to $50/day took me nothing less than 2 years. And it involved investing and re-investing lots of time, energy, and money.
