Obviously he has failed in his mandate and has performed below expectation. Jonathan obviously was not supported because of his ineptitude, cluelessness and gross corruption during his tenure. He was very weak. Many where killed by Boko Haram during his reign. The chibok girls suffered untold hardship during his reign. El Rufai has not demonstrated the qualities we look out for. Did he follow rule of law during his tenure as FCT minister. Our judgment is based on credibility not tribalism. If my brother (My blood) is corrupt we declare him as such.
