So what are the efforts the evil party is making to ameliorate the living situation of Nigerian citizens? As it stands now, the country is polarized into the rich, the poor and very poor. Sadly, more than 60 per cent of the population fall into the class of "very poor". The evil party has caused untold hardship to innocent Nigerians, may God deliver us and give the wicked and foolish voters sense in 2027. Amen

The Nigerian police should be overhauled, new less corrupt blood should be recruited, and before recruiting anyone into the police force, critical psychological, psychiatric and background check should be done.

The thug of Israel is a drowning man.

It's almost six months into the war with small Hamas with almost nothing to show except the murder of kids and the sick.

Unprecedented international isolated and rising jew-hate around the world.

Huge idf losses in Gaza.

Massive weekly protests calling for the head of the thug in Tel Aviv.

Serious internal crises with his top military officers.

Now the thug is desperate and wants to divert attention and drag in the United Snakes by a cowardly attack on the Iranian embassy.

Iran?
I dey laugh.

The thug is dragging Israel to its last days.

Politics / Re: Subsidy Removal Will Make Nigeria Experience Inflation That Have Never Happened by Raphael81(m): 6:20pm On Mar 19
4Play:
Inflation will be brutal if subsidy is removed but it has to be done. If 2 policy reforms Tinubu has suggested are implemented - subsidy removal and removal of multiple exchange rates - the immediate impact will be inflationary.

To curb inflation, the CBN will need to hike interest rates even further which will add to the economic difficulties.

At the same time, the incoming government is facing a fiscal crisis as debt expense takes up almost all of tax revenue. This will call for higher tax revenues and lower government spending. Again, these are immediately contractionary reducing economic growth in the short-term.

The government may choose to not implement any of its reforms instead and just drift aimlessly for the next few years. I think it's a problem that the APC government has its power base effectively in the North (the South West is an aberration in the South). There's not much stomach for deregulation amongst Northern politicians so it will be interesting to see how Tinubu navigates through this.

All I can say is I am glad I don't live in Nigeria.

Perfectly said and this is 2024

Celebrities / Re: Court To Hear Suit Seeking DNA Test For Mohbad’s Son by Raphael81(m): 6:48am On Mar 11
thunder74:
DNA for a child Mohbad himself did not reject or deny while alive? These people are not serious. Baba wan use elimination method to remove the child so as to inherit his son's property.

Updated

When can the Court Order a DNA Test?
Where a person is a minor (not an adult) and his paternity is in issue, the court can order the conduct of DNA test in the overall interest of the child, to ascertain where he belongs. See TONY ANOZIA V. MRS. PATRICIA OKWUNWA NNANI & IGNATIUS "NNANI" (2015) 8 NWLR (PT. 1461) 241

Who Can Apply for a Paternity Test in Nigeria?
Notwithstanding that the right to ascertain paternity exists in Nigeria, it is important to understand that the process and conditions surrounding the application for a paternity test must adhere to established legal principles.

In Nigeria, the following individuals can apply for a paternity test:

1. A Father: A man who doubts his biological relationship with a child can apply for a paternity test.

2. A Mother: A mother may also apply for a paternity test to establish the biological father of her child.

3. A Guardian or Custodian: In the paramount interest of a child, the child's guardian may apply to the Court to ascertain the paternity of the child.

Mohbad's father is neither of the above. This case is DOA. He does not have the locus.

Apt,and of what benefit will the DNA test be to the said "grandfather"? Also, it is alien to our law to call a person an "illegitimate child", his late father never took such an action while he was alive, neither has his mother taken such an action, the said grandfather does not even have the locus standi to institute the case at the first instance, goodluck to the fish and the fisherman.

Lol another way to loot money, so after giving them the money, what next? Why can't the government create functional factories for people? Why can't they invest in tech? Nigeria is a pity but it is more pitiable for the evil people that voted APC.
Health / Re: Nigerian Nurses To Work For 2 Years Before They Can Practice Abroad - NMC by Raphael81(m): 4:29pm On Feb 08
Our healthcare is in shambles and has gone into coma, this is a ploy to stop nurses from seeking Greener pastures, why won't our healthcare practitioners run away when nothing is working in this country? They should also enact laws prohibiting political office holders from going abroad for medical reasons. We are not a serious country as our laws are made to suffocate the poor and the elites feed fat at the expense of the poor.

APC has destroyed the mental health of many Nigerians, there are some people you see on the street who look normal but they have been damaged by the evil APC regime. Many people have committed suicide as a result of the hardship and disruption of their mental health by the evil policies of the APC regime. Christmas is a time of sharing love, show your neighbours love and may God help us to pass through this strange times in Nigeria. THIS TOO SHALL PASS AWAY.
