goingforward: Besides, when they get to the airport, they should go straight to the PORT HEALTH CLINIC by the post office at the "E" arrival and get a pregnancy certificste and present it with your fit to fly from your doctor. I think she should be fine. Hey ready to pay N1500 or N2000 there. |

J goingforward: Congratulations As you have acknowledged how this forum is helpful, you and others who have gotten approval should not abandon this forum. The incoming applicants also need your own ideas too. I know how time demanding studying in Canada may be but just do your best to help others. All other hopefuls shall give our testimonies here by God's grace. |

adecoal: It is better you declare it because these embassy guys are not predictable. If you tick "NO" and your medical report shows that you have the history of TB, then you risk being alleged of MISREPRESENTATION. Our people should learn from what happened to some applicants last year when they ticked "NO" to question in the form if they have been refused any visa before and unknowingly to them, the background check conducted by the IRCC with the U.S. Data base revealed that they have been refused USA visa on the past and misrepresentation with 5 years ban was their verdict. THIS KIND OF BAN IS AVOIDABLE. |

Frankrobbn1: Nobody knows it all here. We are just here to share notes and ideas to help ourselves. WHAT WOULD I GAIN FROM GIVING WRONG INFORMATION? I contributed to the question based on my personal experience at the VFS and that was my teacher. Truly, I completed IMM5707 from home and when it reached my turn to submit around 5pm since 07:45am, the VFS guy told me it was the wrong form and I had to spend another money to come the next day and filled the IMM 5645 with additional N3000 at their business centre. And when we argue it here, the concesus way forward was that because of the inconsistency of the VFS guy, people should go with the two forms and give them the one they want in which o totally concurred with. THEN WHY LAMBASTING ME AS IF I WAS YOUR KID. Don't behave as if you know it all and we need to respect each other. Thank you 5 Likes |

hotcakept2: NO But if your choice university requires it for admission, you have to do it and meet up with the required score. In general, most schools in Canada do not require language test for admission |

Lemia: Then the VFS officials are misleading people. I initially filled IMM5707 and was turned down by the guy collecting after waiting for like ten hours there. I had to come back the next day to fill the IMM5645. Don't let us argue over it. As somebody has suggested, fill the two forms and give them the one they want. They might be funny atimes |

Frankrobbn1: Experience is the best teacher. I don't just post any here if I am not sure of it. Don't let the applicant waste his money and time unecessarily. Since the applicant is doing the paper route, the VFS officials will not accept the family form you referred to from him and he will be forced to go and fill the correct form, that is the family form with siblings at their business centre which is somehow expensive. |

I Asapant: Did you mean passport or password? For your questions; 1. The visa starts counting from the day it was issued. 2. The visa is just for him to enter Canada. The real study permit will be issued when he arrives Canada which will cover the duration of his program but if hos visa expires before be finishes his course and he want to leave Canada and return, he can apply for an extension in Canada. |

Ij AyoPrudence: In addition, prepare to spend the whole day at the VFS for paper route. Get there before 8am and by the time, U may be number 90s but you will do it. Although u may leave VFS office by 6 or 7pm. Get your form filled correctly if you don't want the Vfs staff to reject your application and u will have to come back the next day after spending the whole day there already. Just tell the driver you are going to Ikate. Don't look for the third round about as they have have remove that third round about. Don't be misled by this round about 1 Like |

Is it true that if you have a valid USA visa and have travelled to USA and come back with the USA arrival and departure stamps shown on your passport, Canada will not require you to show proof of funds. |
