First thing, food crumbs,that fall into the crevices attract insects esp roaches. Avoid food crumbs in the car, then 80% of the prob is solved.

Buy Rambo insecticide, spray at close of work @ night.
Get a good air freshener ( that is not pungent) that has insect repellent on its label.

There's no format for anything.
