Sports / Re: The NBA Begins by rocka: 1:46am On Jun 10, 2013
Mynd_44: You've gotta respect Green.....and Ginobili might just have another bad night but the real question is How many points does Lebron have?

Something tells me that Ginobili had some sips of brandy before he came to court grin. He seems to be having a hard time controlling the ball tonight. Ooops! He just made a three........
Sports / Re: The NBA Begins by rocka: 1:09am On Jun 10, 2013
Game 2. Spurs on it again cheesy. Green 3/3 3pt shots already.
Sports / Re: The NBA Begins by rocka: 5:04am On Jun 07, 2013
A-40:
Leonard has to be ready in Game 2! He limited Lebron to 18 in Game 1 and Lebron had to find other ways to be effective I'm sure LBJ would address that! However the good news is the Heat would need more than Lebron to beat this Spurs team! This was vintage Spurs just doing enough to win! Had Leonard and Green not shot so poorly from 3pt land it could easily have been a blowout

Green made four 3pt shots, I'd say if Kahwi Leonard had made some of his it'd have not been so close a game but then he did a great job on guarding that mofo - Lebron. Either way, the Spurs had an epic game; like you said "vintage Spurs".

I hope the Spurs shoot better in game 2 and Ginobili gets a higher percentage

Ginobili had a disappointing game (by his standards). I bet you he will come out smoking on Sunday.

Phones / Re: Samsung Galaxy S IV To Launch In April by rocka: 7:26am On Feb 03, 2013
Leadn:

its a tablet though using sim... but the Best in the world at present(phones and tabs alike)...

Samsung Galaxy Note II is a phone not a tablet. If you'd said Phablet i might have agreed with you.

mama-gee:
My mom recently bought the Samsung galaxy III. Version and it's so big

Wondering how the IV version looks like

Samsung galaxy 3 is small jor. The biggest and best phone in the industry right now is the 'Samsung Galaxy Note II' aka the big bad wolf smiley.

Apart from the Samsung Galaxy IV maybe coming with jelly bean 4.2 out-of-the-box, I don't see how it would be better than the Note II.

The Redskins are changing up their offensive play now that RGIII is hurt. I hope they win this though.

Honestly, I don't see RGIII lasting in the NFL. Good QB...yes but his running style will definitely make him prone to injuries. He should learn some tricks from Tom Brady and Peyton Manning.

Romance / Re: Do You Consider Height A Major Issue In Choosing A Partner? by rocka: 4:44am On Nov 20, 2012
In my opinion, character and height matter equally. Being intimate with a fun-sized chick could be fun if you are just dating her. But if it comes to marriage, a life-long venture, the awkward, mostly uneven positions could become tiring. Tall guys i believe could relate to this. And we all know that happiness in the bedroom translates to happiness in the marriage.

The question is 'WHO IS YOUR SEXIEST MALE AND FEMALE ATHLETE'. Not specifying when or decade as you call it.
Sports / Re: Who Is Your sexiest Male and Female Athlete by rocka: 4:21pm On Nov 13, 2012
Mine is Marion Jones. I remember as a kid I would even refuse to eat just to watch Marion Jones run and see her smile. Too bad she went down the way she did.

Family / Re: Why Do Parents Pressure Their Daughters To Marry? by rocka: 4:29pm On Nov 09, 2012
Balkan: This is not practiced in Igbo land. it is common with the youruba tribe. it is not wise to pressure young girls to marriage.
That is why you see most Yoruba ladies getting pregnant in their homes befor they see husband and most times the end up single
mothers.
Dude are you serious? This is a natural emotion with parents. How the hell did tribe come into it?

Romance / Re: What Women Really Want In A Man by rocka: 9:34pm On Oct 20, 2012
This is an age old question. IMO, most women want a man that can make them laugh, an economically comfortable man, good sex and affection. That's why you sometimes see an ugly man with a very pretty lady.

@ Yujin. I understand your dilemma. I made the mistake of dating a girl out of pity 'cos she was crazy about me. Thank God I lived to tell the tale. Keep searching, bruh, Mrs Yujin is out there.
