*EVIDENCES SHOWING THE PERMISSIBLITY OF PRAYING JUMU'AH BEFORE NOON (QABLA ZAWAL).*

There is no doubt that performing Jumu'ah before noon is a sunnah of the prophet, just like praying it at noon. Which means it is not an innovation like a lot of people are ignorant about its permissibility in our present time.

The only difference between perfoming the jumah prayer before noon and performing it at noon is that, the prophet had always peform the noon prayer more frequent, while the performance of it before noon is once in a while.

Note: That anyone who against the permissibility of the prayer before noon or seeing it as a new thing, would only be doing in ignorance or with his vein desire if the evidence am going to present below is known and clear to him.

Below are the evidence permitting the jumah prayer before noon.

Jabir b. 'Abdullah reported: We used to observe (Jumu'a) prayer with the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) and then we returned and gave rest to our camels used for carrying water. Hassan[ (one of the narrators) said: I asked Ja'far what time that was. He said.. It is the time when the sun passes the meridian (i.e before noon).

Ja'far reported on the authority of his father: that he asked Jabir b. 'Abdullah when the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) observed Jumu'a prayer. 'Abdullah made this addition in his narration: "Till the sun passed the meridian (i.e before noon) and the camels used for carrying water (took rest)."

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُوسَى، حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي بُسْرُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو إِدْرِيسَ الْخَوْلاَنِيُّ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ حُذَيْفَةَ بْنَ الْيَمَانِ، يَقُولُ كَانَ النَّاسُ يَسْأَلُونَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنِ الْخَيْرِ، وَكُنْتُ أَسْأَلُهُ عَنِ الشَّرِّ مَخَافَةَ أَنْ يُدْرِكَنِي‏.‏ فَقُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّا كُنَّا فِي جَاهِلِيَّةٍ وَشَرٍّ، فَجَاءَنَا اللَّهُ بِهَذَا الْخَيْرِ، فَهَلْ بَعْدَ هَذَا الْخَيْرِ مِنْ شَرٍّ قَالَ ‏‏ نَعَمْ ‏"‏‏.‏ قُلْتُ وَهَلْ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ الشَّرِّ مِنْ خَيْرٍ قَالَ ‏"‏ نَعَمْ، وَفِيهِ دَخَنٌ ‏"‏‏.‏ قُلْتُ وَمَا دَخَنُهُ قَالَ ‏"‏ قَوْمٌ يَهْدُونَ بِغَيْرِ هَدْيِي تَعْرِفُ مِنْهُمْ وَتُنْكِرُ ‏"‏‏.‏ قُلْتُ فَهَلْ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ الْخَيْرِ مِنْ شَرٍّ قَالَ ‏"‏ نَعَمْ دُعَاةٌ إِلَى أَبْوَابِ جَهَنَّمَ، مَنْ أَجَابَهُمْ إِلَيْهَا قَذَفُوهُ فِيهَا ‏"‏‏.‏ قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صِفْهُمْ لَنَا فَقَالَ ‏"‏ هُمْ مِنْ جِلْدَتِنَا، وَيَتَكَلَّمُونَ بِأَلْسِنَتِنَا ‏"‏ قُلْتُ فَمَا تَأْمُرُنِي إِنْ أَدْرَكَنِي ذَلِكَ قَالَ ‏"‏ تَلْزَمُ جَمَاعَةَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ وَإِمَامَهُمْ ‏"‏‏.‏ قُلْتُ فَإِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُمْ جَمَاعَةٌ وَلاَ إِمَامٌ قَالَ ‏"‏ فَاعْتَزِلْ تِلْكَ الْفِرَقَ كُلَّهَا، وَلَوْ أَنْ تَعَضَّ بِأَصْلِ شَجَرَةٍ حَتَّى يُدْرِكَكَ الْمَوْتُ وَأَنْتَ عَلَى ذَلِكَ ‏"‏‏.‏"



Narrated Hudhaifa bin Al-Yaman:

The people used to ask Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) about good, but I used to ask him about evil for fear that it might overtake me. Once I said, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! We were in ignorance and in evil and Allah has bestowed upon us the present good; will there by any evil after this good?" He said, "Yes." I asked, "Will there be good after that evil?" He said, "Yes, but it would be tained with Dakhan (i.e. Little evil)." I asked, "What will its Dakhan be?" He said, "There will be some people who will lead (people) according to principles other than my tradition. You will see their actions and disapprove of them." I said, "Will there by any evil after that good?" He said, "Yes, there will be some people who will invite others to the doors of Hell, and whoever accepts their invitation to it will be thrown in it (by them)." I said, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! Describe those people to us." He said, "They will belong to us and speak our language" I asked, "What do you order me to do if such a thing should take place in my life?" He said, "Adhere to the group of Muslims and their Chief." I asked, "If there is neither a group (of Muslims) nor a chief (what shall I do)?" He said, "Keep away from all those different sects, even if you had to bite (i.e. eat) the root of a tree, till you meet Allah while you are still in that state."

‏ وَأَنَا وَاللَّهِ مَا صَلَّيْتُهَا بَعْدُ ‏"

‏‏‏ قَالَ فَنَزَلَ إِلَى بُطْحَانَ فَتَوَضَّأَ، وَصَلَّى الْعَصْرَ بَعْدَ مَا غَابَتِ الشَّمْسُ، ثُمَّ صَلَّى الْمَغْرِبَ بَعْدَهَا‏‏

Narrated Jabir bin `Abdullah:

On the day of the Khandaq `Umar came, cursing the disbelievers of Quraish and said, "O Allah's Apostle! I have not offered the `Asr prayer and the sun has set." The Prophet (ﷺ) replied, "By Allah! I too, have not offered the prayer yet. "The Prophet (ﷺ) then went to Buthan, performed ablution and performed the `Asr prayer after the sun had set and then offered the Maghrib prayer after it."

Musa b. Salama Hudhali said:

I asked Ibn 'Abbas: How should I say prayer when I am in Mecca, and when I do not pray along with the Imam? He said: Two rak'ahs (of prayer) is the Sunnah of Abu 'l-Qasim (ﷺ).

This hadith is saying YOU AS A TRAVELER SHOULD NOT PRAY BEHIND IMAM..

Perform you own qasr separately or else you wanna perform it with another person who want to perform qasr too

Abu Huraira narrated that the Prophet (ﷺ) said:

"On the Day of Resurrection a group of companions will come to me, but will be driven away from the Lake-Fount, and I will say, 'O Lord (those are) my companions!' It will be said, 'You have no knowledge as to what they innovated after you left; they turned apostate as renegades (reverted from Islam).

Answer

The innovators will have a worse
punishment, since innovations are worse than sins.
Innovations are more beloved
to the Devil than sins because (it is likely that) the sinner may repent

Sufyaan Ath-Thawree, may Allaah have mercy on him, said:
“Innovation is more beloved to Iblees (the Devil) than sins. This is because sins are repented from whereas innovations are not repented from.”
(Majmoo’-ul-Fataawaa (11/472))

The Prophet said:
“Verily Allaah has prevented repentance from every person of
innovation.”
(Silsilat-ul-Ahaadeeth as-Saheehah
(1620))

- but as for the innovator, then very rarely does he repent because he thinks that he is upon the truth. This is contrary to the
sinner for he knows that he is disobeying Allaah and that he is committing a sinful deed.

As for the innovator, he considers
himself to be obeying Allaah and to be upon obedience. This is why innovation – 'and Allaah’s refuge is sought' – is worse than sin.

And this is why the Salaf warned
the people from sitting and gathering with the innovators –

Al-Hasan Al-Basree, may Allaah have mercy upon him, said:
“Do not sit with a person of
innovation, for indeed he will put a disease in your heart.”
(Al-I’tisaam of Ash-Shaatibee (1/72)

Quran is our Holy Book. It's number 1 place to take the proof of our religion from..

And you don't just go into Quran and take a verse and interpret it anyhow..


That's exactly what Prophet Muhammad was sent to us for..


To interpret Quran for us and to explain our deen for us..


That's where hadith comes in..


And there is absolutely no one that can understand the explanations of Prophet Muhammad on deen for us than his companions...
