@Sholyzee............................ if want to make payment online click on college pay after you have fill all necessary information's then you choose the type of ATM card you have in your hand........"Either valve card (debit card) or master card,,,,,after that there is a sixteen digit number on the printed on the ATM then you supply the month and the year the ATM will expire in the field provided for it and beside it there is three letters written like this "CW2?" turn to the back of the ATM there is three numbers written there in slanting form put the numbers there and the last process is the pin you use to withdraw from the ATM type it in the space provided for it then click make payment....................if all the details you entered are correct it will display to you that you have successfully make the payment then you print the payment slip out.................dat's all.......................best of luck

@xtophem if you choose Kwara poly as your second choice of school................you are not allow to register for now...only the first choice are allow to register, so as from next week that is when those who choose kwara poly as their second choice of school will be allow to register.................

@kolade which form are you applying for if its ond the form is currently not in good term for now and if its Hnd tell me where exactly you have a problem

you must be patient@adexsunday2011 and others that are putting in for ond cus it seems the school management as not finds any solution to it but very soon.............

there is a problem on ground now for who so ever choose kwara poly as your second choice.........presently the school management is not allowing those who choose kwara poly as second choice to fill the jambite form online only for those who have choose the school as there first choice are allowed for now to register online...........................

i think the admin are trying to programme the form for very best all jambites in other not to have any problem later.................

you don't purchase any form from any bank...... what you have to do is pay the sum of #3800 in to any bank that u know the ATM is working well and not yet expire............#3500 is the amount of the form while #300 is the bank charges..... den proceed online to fill your required form............best of luck

good pm frnds in nairaland..............i just want to use this medium to congratulate all kwara poly candidate that the form is finally out today but the registration starts tomorrow......... and pls be very vigilant when you are feeling the form cus is very complicating...........for you not feel wrong information pls read the informations clearly before proceeding to fill the form as from tomorrow...... the information on how to fill the form are:

PAYMENT MODE

The sum of N3,500.00 (exclusive of Bank Charges) is to be paid for the screening exercise through the use of Verve ATM or Naira Master card online.

Applicants should note the following:

They should come along with:
JAMB online Result Slip for the 2013 UTME (JAMB Applicants)
A copy of Application Form for Pre-ND, ND Part-Time, HND Full-Time and Part-Time applicants
Schedule Slip after making the online payment and registration
JAMB candidates will use their JAMB Registration Numbers for the Screening, while the others will use their FORM NUMBERS i.e the number on the Application Form.

N.B

Any candidate found to have edited the JAMB Score will automatically be disqualified
Candidates with indecent dressing will be disallowed from taking part in the screening exercise.
Candidates involved in impersonation will be handed over to the Police
Candidates should come only on the day and time allotted to them.
No Handsets, writing materials, or Hand-bags will be allowed into the Halls or premises of the examinations.
