Pls. how di i get to apply for the Test? Can anyone give me an idea? i am located in the north.Thanks

My sister is a Graduate from the University Of Uyo. She studied History & International Studies. She has admission to do PRE-HEALTH SCIENCE at George Brown, Ontario. This is a one year Program as she did not do Physic and Chemistry in Secondary School. The school charges $12,000.00 for this Program and she has an able Sponsor from Nigeria. Does she need to pay the $12,000.00 before she can apply for the Permit?. What is her chances of geting a Study Permit to George Brown, knowing that this is a year program? She wants to change her field to Nursing. Would you recommend the Nursing(After Degree) Program at Kings University college?
