You are right sha,,,,, we are all learning to know this God which we absolutely cant know everything about but to some extent,,,,
cheesy cheesy May that same God bless you for me. Amen.
Unlike some gays and silly hypocrites that claim they know God intoto. Decieving themselves and some shallow minded morons. God still remains a mystery, yet to be unfolded.

understand diz, immediately man sinned against God, d mercy God had changed and d wrath of God filled d earth. Wen man broke d protocol, he got angry and cursed man. Den, d wrath of God dat ws all ovr d earth cannot behold sin, anybody dat commit son die on d spot, rememba any priest to enter d tabanacle of God must be 100% holy else he wl die, dey feared God more. Wen God saw hw pple he created are dyin, he decided to send His son dat ws existin frm d beginin,,, remember d prophecy of Isaiah, Joel, Amos etc in d preparation of d Son of Man. Come to tink of it,, cnt God declare a change of govt and give new laws?? Why does He has to send Christ to die D wrath of God ws all ovr d earth, Jesus cam to remov diz wrath, enclosed it in one place,, daz y u see pple cursin God, liers in church, party in church, girls wearin trousers in church yet dey are alive. It is because God is mercyful enough and is still waitin for dem. Dont forget dat d wrath of God is still somewhere,,, it wl b released someday, sometime, wen d satan and all his angels and followers will be cast to hell. We wl nt experience dat IJN
Amen... cheesy .

I understand your point, but i don't think you understand my own point, not even a bit of it.

Anyway, let's just conclude that God once changed, that sums everything up that he is changeable; thus he can still change again, who knows, maybe in the next century!
Thanks shaaa.

God nooni. Remember God lost man when man gave authority to Satan and became slaves of sin. It simply incribes d removal of God's given glory and puttin on filty garments. U can see frm d old testament dat God is a very judgmental God bt His love for man neva dies. Daz y he sent Christ to redeem man back to Himself. His standard is now high dat a slight misconduct wl b cast away. Itz a demacation drawn by God to differentiate d pple dat are his from pple dat are otherwise,d bible says he has presented life n death before us, choose. Itz naturally impossible to meet God's standard but by His grace
if my memory aint failing me, i can still remember vividly how God used to murder those who offended him and fail to keep his commandemnt, those he did create in his own image. Though years later, we were told that God then had a change of mind by sending his only beloved son to redeem sinners. What would you say about the massacre of those he created in his own image? And why the sudden change in government? Those it mean that God did change?

God did not punish him, he allowed him to be tempted by the devil.
Did you say "tempted"?... Hmmm!... I can only agree with you on that when the dictionary meaning of "temptation" differs from the one we all know.

You can't call that temptation.

of course God is luv. God wl nt tak un-worthy pple to heaven to stain d glorious place, daz y he z conductin strict tests for dem as filtering d shaft frm d grain, daz y we mustnt let our guard down,,,,
God always tests humans, God always filters the shaft from the grain; in summary God punishes humans to know their worth, and he's so muuch aware that humans are imperfect. Even though he claims to be love.

Now, who created these imperfect humans?

In all spheres of life, tests are given to prove a man's worth.
So, God punishes humans in the name of test to know their worth?...

That's one big confusion about the christian religion.

Would a God allow his beloved children suffer so much in the name of trial and temptation?
Education / Re: 10 Reasons Why A Polytechnic Graduate Can Never Equate To A University Graduate. by Sepp360(m): 10:16am On Oct 26, 2014
Ucheosefoh:
I have attend both but in life your output determines your level of success in life, forget certificate I have seen polytechnic graduates performing better than their university mates. Education is to enrich our knowledge and certificate is an evidence of your time and performance in school, the day we start thinking beyond certificate unemployment will reduce because we will invest our time into productive things rather comparing certificates
1000Likes from me to you.

Honestly speaking, i don't see any sense in this certificate dichotomy, whats the essence of demeaning polythechnic students and their hard earned certificate? Why make them look inferior?... If polythechnic is as inferior and useless as most of you guys think, why are they still functioning effectively?
You claim superiority because you're a university graduate, yet you've been unemployed for decades, while the hnd holder is busy earning a living.

Maturity and common sense is all we need to curb this silly mentality. It's much better to go to a polythechnic than not go to school at all.

Education / Re: 10 Most Marketable Courses In Nigeria by Sepp360(m): 12:50am On Oct 26, 2014
spartanian:

I just went through one of your thread on Biochemistry and realized that you are still an undergraduate, all what you are saying are just theoretical but are not really practical in our Nigerian society.
Hospital laboratories don't need biochemist no more, how many functional research institutes do we have and how many graduates do you think they employ annually? Not to make mention of the food and beverage industries that will rather employ food technologist and other specialised professionals, pharmaceutical industries employ biochemist as mostly medical sales representative but the question again is, how many pharmaceutical companies do we have in Nigeria?
In summary, all am saying is that Biochemistry is an interesting and versatile course but there are no necessary developed infrastructure in Nigeria to make Biochemistry marketable and sought after. You skipped so many things bro, you didnt make mention of the brewery and academia. Nevertheless, there are jobs for biochemists, search and you shall find.

Not in Nigeria bro, the demand for Biochemistry graduate is low.

Though, this list should be relative to different individuals, but i must say dat, BIOCHEMISTRY and MED. RADIOGRAPHY should be in that list... They're much better, more versatile (biochemistry especially) and more lucrative than most courses yhu listed there.
Nairaland / General / Women; And Their Lack Of Appreciation by Sepp360(m): 8:30am On Oct 24, 2014
I am reminded of something a Rev. Fr said: "if the only prayer you ever say in your entire life is thank you, it will be enough".

Everyone wants to feel appreciated. For many, appreciation is just saing thank you. But appreciation just only begins with saying 'thanks'. True appreciation is not only recognizing someone's excellent effort and contribution. The term actually means "to recognize and enjoy" a person's value or good qualities. It means showing respect and understanding, as well as gratitude. But unfortunately, many folks don't know this, especially the women.

One of the biggest places where i see a lack of respect and appreciation is in the relationship between men and women; and when it comes to lack of gratitude and appreciation; it's women who are the biggest offenders.

Men have generally been protectors and provider, and now that's being thrown in their faces, even taken away. And what do women reciprocate with? Contempt and disrespect.

Women generaly, think it is their natural right to get things/help from men on a platter of gold, maybe because of thier full awareness of having feminine assets, which are now "organs of utility", to them shaaa. For most women, plain generousity is meaningless and just an English word with clusters of vowel and consonant sounds, especially when it's coming from an opposite sex. They have this mindset that when a man does a good deed for them, all he wants in return is nothing but sex; and with this orientation, they tend to become total ingrates. Even the "precious gift" is hardly given. This singular way of behaviour has precipitated a counter attitude from most men. They now already know that all you can offer in return...is sex.
But let the truth be told for once, not all men need that "10Minutes fun" as a form of gratitute. Being sincerely grateful, or even simply saying "an honest thank you" wouldn't make you infertile. Though, sex can be a wonderful offer, if and only if it's a gift from the heart, and the reciever is truely happy and willing to accept it.

What i'm saying in essence is that, women fundamentally lack the ability to fully realise, much less appreciate the sacrifices a man makes to facilitate their reality. Even the most enlightened, appreciative woman you know still operates in a feminine-centric reality. And this is a very fat problem.

Make it a habit to tell people thank you. To express your appreciation, sincerely and without the expectation of anything else in return. Keep the "give and recieve cycle" flowing.
Thanks.

Why does this type of nonsense celebrity jargons make fp like it is one very important thing that can change someones lives. why is nairaland desperately trying to mind trick the youths into nothingness? when is the front page ever going to be filled with insightful posts that will definitely change the way our morally-decaying youths think? i'm just ashamed how nairaland has stooped this low. ask yourself oga kpatakpata, why are your ads declining?[/size]

Nairaland is gradually losing it's savour, each time i come online to read up meaningful posts, all i end up seeing is "who wore it better"? While thousands of educative and meaningful posts are overlooked. I've been disappointed severally dat i almost quit login in, but i just can't.
