I love this write-up and the resolve of Ife, i am a lefty or the odd one as i am referred sometimes so i can relate. The stigma is intense in this part of the world even from family members. Tank God my parent accepted me for it but extended family didn't accord me the same right. Even in my office, You hear questions like what is wrong with your right hand, don't your parent complain, didn't your parent flog you for it, e.t.c. I want to use this medium to beg, implore, appeal to parents, friends and loved ones, if your child is a lefty, please encourage them and don't be their first critic or abuser, it takes the grace of God.
