Politics / Re: NERC Deregulates Meters Prices May 1 by Sicklebear28: 2:39pm On Apr 30
FreeStuffsNG:

Electricity has greatly improved. The major current problem now is pricing. The subsidy keeps mounting and FG knows it's not sustainable to keep the subsidies. If people price electricity well and pay for it they will demand for the best service but if FG keeps subsidising it there will be too much wastages and inefficiency like predominates before now.

May God bless Nigeria for ever! Check my signature for free stuffs!

Politics / Re: Marketers Speak On New Fuel Price As Another Refinery To Release Products by Sicklebear28: 1:33pm On Apr 28
Phantom233:
Why would fuel price reduce by 150 when diesel reduced by700? Which is about 40% of the initial price.? Fuel shouldn't sale beyond N300/litre except the fraud is still in place 😞

I read "Almost ready" in that OP post six to seven times.. APC is simply fraud.

Thank you for this your statement

Foreign Affairs / Re: Tanzania Shuts Down 5 Hydroelectric Stations To Reduce Excess Electricity by Sicklebear28: 9:45am On Apr 25
vb0mb:
Many people will not read the write up.

The write up says Tanzania still suffers chronic power shortage.

You are the one that is wrong.. It says, they use to suffer electric short falls but have overcome it with excess electricity so they are now shutting down to reduce the excess

Romance / Re: Avoid Telling Men Your Age Until... by Sicklebear28: 4:27pm On Apr 18
jeromestarks:
I met this beautiful, hardworking and godloving lady somewhere at work. She's very nice and accommodating. She's also a graduate.
Let me quickly say that this lady is a decent lady - yeah, I went FBI on her; searched her socials: Facebook, insta, X etc and sincerely, all the pictures she took were done in her home (she stays with her mother).

As I interacted with her, I discovered she's a homely person. She doesn't club, doesn't smoke, doesn't drink. She's just all about stability.

I fell in love with her personality until I asked one last question.
"Sorry, I don't mean to pry. Please, how old are you?"

Without hesitation, this lady answered "I am 27"

Immediately I heard 27, I lost every single ounce of interest I had in her.
I didn't show it to her. I just said " Wow! You look so pretty, one would think you're 18. Thank God I asked."
She laughed and I could see her blush.

We discussed about other things, exchanged numbers and she left.
I have made up my mind never to call her. The age put me off and I don't even know why.

So dear ladies, do not tell men your age until the both of you are in a serious relationship. Never tell a man your age on the first date. Never!
Wait until you see some level of commitment or at least, until he got used to you a little.

You wrote like a child and think like a child.. For a girl to tell you her actual age shows she is mature and comfortable in her space.. Nonsense everywhere

So the military doesn't respect the constitution?

You want to pit the military against the police

Why all these show of force

You people should stop riducling this nation

If Bello has a case to answer, what's the big deal, he should go clear his name
What do you need the milliatry to effect an arrest?the military has its responsibilities and should not be saddled with trivial matters
The EFCC ACT IS CLEAR

I hadly comment these days but some of you talk as if you don't think deeply... Yahya Bello was gently invited or you can say cooling invited but he has never honour that invitation. So tell me what do you now expect the EFCC to do if not the use of force

Israel never suppressed Palestinians.. It is Hamas who don't want Israel to live in that place.. There is a peace deal which allows TWO STATES, Palestine and Israel. Hamas do not want to buy into it.

1948. I know the history but Hamas has choose not to be tolerant so they deserved what they got.. Even if we want to go back to history then , the Roman Empire were the one who displace the Israelis from their land.. They have been there even when the Babylonians carried them into exile

Thank God your law of physics is not biblical. What my Bible says is that I should love. He that loves is of God and he that hates belongs to the devil full stop

You don't expect Nigerian Army to be attacked by Cameroonians Army and they fold their arms. Carry your Bible love go. I study the Bible but if I am attacked I will repay in ten folds

Propaganda wink

In one week, UN Security Council passed the resolution for immediate ceasefire, the US called the bluff of Israel, report confirmed that Israel broke the international law on humanitarian conduct during war (eupemism for genocide) , PM Netanyahu is handing over to the Deputy PM in order to proceed on medical leave for surgery on hernia, the largest protest calling for the sack of PM Netanyahu held in Tel Aviv and now this withdrawal of the Isreali IDF from a strategic part of Gaza. Hmmmm

This war will be investigated. There's too much conspiracies. May God comfort all the grieving families on both sides of the war.

You are not a believer. No true child of God would support war. Our Lord even preached we love those who persecute us. Anyone who hates is of the devil. I love Israel because they are central to eternal plan of GOD. However God wants all men to be saved (2 Timothy 2:4) including those terrorist. If God was so wicked Paul wouldn't have been saved.
