We don't have a Goalie, any ball that passes our defence seems to find its way to the net. We have a tall striker, who's neither good in the air or ground. Aigbogun's team is terrible. |

GidiWoodsMan: Tinubu needed a Christian to complete Ambode's (a Christian) 2 term, smart move by Tinubu. He doesn't want a case where Lagos churches will be shouting marginalisation. I heard that it was top APC stakeholders that insisted on Hamza a loyal party man. I heard he's a very strong personality and also his Father was also a top politician. |

Digitron: I said it in another thread and I'm saying it here too, this is a stupid ass move by Ugwuanyi. Why not relocate all the facilities to Agbani I know the excuse will be to use ESUT to spread development to all the senatorial zones but the argument to me is flawed. I believe if we think, we can find other ways to spread development. Resources is too scarce now for this jamboree. Nigeria is broke. There are still much to do in Enugu state. Most parts of Enugu and Naukka urban still buy water, it's not a crime if Gburugburu becomes the first Governor in Nigeria to make sure that every street have pipe borne water at least once a week. I believe it's doable if we put our minds to it. House rent in Enugu are quite expensive, do something about it. Even if it means flooding Enugu with Loma Linda type of low cost houses, the government should/can do it. Or see if there could be a PPP arrangement for low cost housing. Look at our public school system, a sham with unqualified/unmotivated teachers. Our state government can fix it even if it means passing a law for a special salary structure for the teachers to attract top talent and also retraining. Education just like health can also attract the aid of international aid agencies. A friend of mine heard Ugo Agballa talk about installing WiFi infrastructures in designated areas in the state during his 2007 guber campaign. I believe it's still possible, Ugwuanyi can roll out an IT plan for the state. He can make Enugu state the go to place for all the IT services for the SE/SS. With a good IT plan, he can attract top IT talents who are tired of staying in Lagos because of the traffic problems here. Infact make I end here. I apologise for my rant biko 5 Likes |

Triniti: Exactly!!!! Billions of Naira would have been saved if everything goes to Agbani as planned. In 21st century, our leaders still believe that tertiary institutions are the only way to spread development. Indeed this decision has shown that the governor is Lazy. 5 Likes |

Stupidity of the highest order!!! There's more than enough land in Agbani for Esut expansion. It's unfortunate that Ugwuanyi is not a wise man. 2 Likes |

Digitron: Good news. However, I thought that Bishp Shanaham hospital is a state owned hospital and it would've been cheaper if the hospital is upgraded. Except if there's no space for expansion. Please we need more pictures of infrastructural development in the state or is Gburugburu on break |

This is a good addition to our armoury. However the problem is that such additions are normally so few. GEJ bought Chinese MRAPs but they were few too and also I read somewhere this admin had received over 20 MRAPs from US in 2016. I'm not sure all these are enough to prosecute this war. Let's not forget we have a lack of maintenance culture in Nigeria. |

But NAFDAC is still very corrupt. To register your product, you'll need the help of NAFDAC consultants to FasTrack the process i.e bribe NAFDAC officials. Importers still bring in goods without NAFDAC numbers by bribing nafdac officials. Nigerians will be patronizing fake doctors and nurses by 2030 if Buhari doesn't declare a state of emergency on our health sector to address the brain drain bedeviling that sector. Tweak that NHIS act and use technology to reduce corruption to it's bearest minimum. Increase the salary and allowances of our medical personnel, etc |

They're also not fans of Rohr for dropping Lokosa and picking Simi for the World cup. Infact they're angry that Rohr doesn't have faith in our home based players. |

It'll be easier for a Carmel to pass their the eye of a needle than for Igbos to get Biafra with a favourable trade agreement with a Nigeria that'll be antagonistic to us. Let's not forget,we don't have access to the sea. In the forseeable future, Nigeria will be restructured to work. Decades of bad economic policies, Buhari's addiction to debts and security challenges will force the leaders to restructure. We're already on our way to Greece and Venezuela type of economic problem, our creditors China, IMF, EU (because of illegal immigration), etc will step in and dictate how we'll run our economy and the economy can't be run successfully without restructuring. But before then, we must put pressure on our governors to fix not just infrastructures, but our educational system. Few months back a top tech start up owner twitted about wanting to relocate to Enugu because Lagos is becoming uninhabitable, now what infrastructures are in place in Enugu to attract more techies? Enugu government can look for a way to attract telecoms company/ies that will lay fibre optic cables for fast and reliable internet, tax/duty incentives, clean environment with trees, lawns and flowers, etc. I wish someone or people can open a radio station like Radio Biafra where OAPs will highlight/proofer solutions to the problems of Igboland, criticise governors who perform poorly, phone in programs. Let it be a pro restructuring and Igbos think of home kind of Radio station. 3 Likes |

Earthquake2: I disagree with you on point 4 about Onuachu. Our midfield didn't create any chance for him to shine and our wingers/wing backs didn't cross the ball for him to make good use of his height. We need his height in the super eagles, he can be our Peter Crouch or Fellaini. 2 Likes |

Surprisingly and unfortunately, I found out that Gburugburu isn't campaigning for Atiku. Rumour has it that he has ordered all LG chairmen not to campaign for or against Atiku. |
