The Igando court is a customary court in south west, and therefore a custodian of the customs and traditions of the community.

There are similar courts in the South East, also responsible for same customs and traditions in the South East.

Prolly, the customary courts in the South East won't have problem with you and how you choose to live your life, but this one is very much interested in how the community members live their lives.

That is the difference.

Less than 20 yrs? How?

So because he confessed, he will get light punishment if he has a good lawyer, pls under which law?

A person that has killed about 30 souls will get less than 20 yrs sentence?

The least he can get is life imprisonment. That is if the president decides to commute his sentence (which is certainly capital punishment) if found guilty.
