Senate Majority Leader, Ahmad Lawan, has alleged that court judgements in Nigeria are being bought by rich men.

Chelsea have finally agreed to see their talisman, Eden Hazard move to Real Madrid for a sum of £115million according to Metro News.

President Muhammadu Buhari has rated the leadership of the 8th National Assembly very low on patriotism.

This is an indirect jab at Senate President Bukola Saraki and Reps Speaker, Yakubu Dogara, whose relationship with the president was not cordial.

Ghana have indicated that they will be suing the producers of Black Panther, A black American superhero film over alleged patent and copyright breaches.

The movie was produced by Marvel Studios in 2018. Black Panther was popular and highly watched grossing $1.344 billion dollars.

Oyo Governor, Abiola Ajimobi has expressed regret that he was not able to do all he wanted to do as governor.

The outgoing governor stated this on Friday when met with President Muhammadu Buhari at the presidential villa, Abuja.

President Muhammadu Buhari has returned to Abuja, Nigeria’s capital after performing the lesser Hajj at the invitation of the King Salman of Saudi Arabia.

This was revealed by the Personal Assistant to the president on Social Media and Digital Engagement, Bashir Ahmad.

According to Ahmad, he left the city of Makkah this afternoon via the Royal Terminal of the King Abdul’aziz International Airport, Jeddah.

He was accompanied on the trip by his wife, Aisha and other government dignitaries.

Naira Marley remanded in prison following a court order.
A Federal High Court presiding in Lagos under the watch of Justice Nicholas Oweibo on Monday ordered the remand in Prison of Rap star artist, Azeez Fashola better known as Naira Marley.

The court gave a directive that the singer should be remanded in custody of Prison till 30th of May for another hearing of argument on his application for bail after the singer pleaded not guilty to the charges levied against him by the Economic Financial Crime Commission (EFCC).

Naira Marley pleaded not guilty after the counts were read to his hearing, 11 count charge of alleged credit fraud were levied against him by (EFCC) on Tuesday, 14th May.
