Tah uniuyo admission is purely on catchment and long legs. Especially for the competitive courses though.

Pls don't mislead people here, uniuyo gives admision purely on merit. Do u kn am from imo state? So how does imo state fall to there so called catchment area? Come to think of it, the post ume score that gave me admision in uniuyo was the lowest of my score, over the period of three years i sought for admision in other schools.

Uniuyo, just like some other federal unis comprises of students from diverse tribes, nierther yoruba nor hausa people are lacking.

Just beat their cut off and see your self at convoc park for regisration.

One of my lecturer told me of how his daughter couldn't get admision because she didn't beat the cut off. Remeber the lecturer is a senior lecturer yet his daughter is still a home trying jamb. So what sort of long led are u talking about here?

Am here to return the favour that was shown to me 3yrs ago in this same furum. That was when i was still a jambite, it unforturnte, that thread isn't functional any more. However this thread will serve a long term purpose, ranging from proving u information till u register your post utme((apptitude test), accommodation for the apptitude ( for people who does't have), imformtion relating to admission list, (both first and supplimentary), it will also relate information for payment of aceptance fee,school fees, and finally information relating to hostle accomodation and perhalps off-camp accomodation. I promise to be up and doing with information here. Though we are still writing examination for now .

Less i forget i will also give out information on some schoolarship promgrames which are open for year one, some of my friends are beneficiaries. Though that will be much later after you must have gotten admision

Hi every one am Emmanuel, a 300L student of uniuyo. The reason for this thread is to guard all the fresh jambites who scored 180 and above in the just concluded UTME (jamb). This thread will avail u the opportunity to ask any question relating to you course of choice and chances. I will try as much as i can to give a satifactory answer to any of your questions here . Also people who scored below 180 and are intrested for diploma are also welcomed, as i will try and shed light on it if need be . i welcome everybody . This happened to me:-

E get one Lady for my department wey dey claim ajebo. One day for skul dat kind 7:30 am we were having early morning lecture, eventually She started feeling feverish and waz about throwing up wen I decided to accompany her outside. my broda wen we comot outside I waz expecting her to at least vomit somtin like tea and bread bcoz of whom She normally claim to be and for the fact say na early morning, but to my suprise She waz busy vomiting garri and groundnut. wetin com pain me pass be say She still dey dia dey talk “ah ah dis can’t be ” I said wot do u mean, She said “dis is not wot i ate dis morning b4 coming to skul na”#

Vex don catch me, I just leave am for there make she Vomit her Intestine..

this forum reminds me of last year when i was still A freasher, its a lot of fun being a novice shaa, but be sure u do not fall prey in the hands online scammers who will promise u admission but will wit flex ur money at the end of the day, uniuyo does not give admision to people who doesn't merit it, so if u scored 180 and above and u didn't find ur name on the merit and u have opted for a less competitive course, just relax u will smile like shark in no time

congratulations for does who made at least 180 and above, pls no matter how low or high ur score might be pls don't give up. last year i got admission on the merit list with 180 though my jamb was 221. even though am not from akwa ibom. so guys keep hope alive and never stop praying. i rep business adminstration.
