@ 2dmax my experience covers the eastern state. Have you processed all the land documents. Do you have a building plan and approval. If yes you will only need to hire a profesional to do feasibility study and income projection for you and if you like you can contract the construction of the hostel to a profesional bulder all you need to do is to tell them your budget and they will do quatity surveying and see if your budget will work. But if all you have is just land reciept and survey you will have to begin from drawing architectural plan and structural plan. Obtain approve plan number and building approval. If possible travel to the location.These is were I come in should you decide to hire me my services covers.



Phase 0ne
• Project Feasibility study, investment analysis and income projection
• Facilitation of land at good location near the campus.
• Processing of relevant land documents.



Phase two
