Most of the questions i ask here usually end up being unanswered cry abeg o make una helep me answer these 2..

What do y’ll think about tendering a study leave that covers ur study period to confuse dinp that u’ll be coming back to ur work after studying...do u think it will look desperate to them?

The medicals they do,do they covertly check for alcohol and drugs in the system?
Study leave is a great sign of GTE. It means that your workplace is waiting for you so you are def coming back. As to your drugs question, even if they do, the good news is that medicals are scheduled. So all you need to do is wait the required time for your system to be clean before booking an appointment

it's over 3 weeks now and no payment like they promised, I sent an email to inquire if it was an error and didn't get any reply from them as well. I thought they were genuine .
on the other hand , probably they did not pay everyone that participated in the paid trial since someone above attested earlier with a proof of payment corrobating their genuineness .
They should be more specific and straightforward and I hope this would clue those still applying on what to expect.
Hi, i participated and i got paid. Did you provide your account details? At what point did you leave the trials?
Family / Tips For Coping With The Loss Of A Loved One by soopamom: 8:16am On Aug 27, 2017
I found this interesting piece on www.upstreamwoman..com and decided to share -
Eucharia Anunobi, a beloved Nigerian celebrity was in the news recently for tragedy that affected her. The Loss of her beloved son. Her famous quote “My Son has gone to be with Jesus” resonates within me and shows the level of her anguish. Losing a loved is a tragedy no one is ever prepared for until it happens. No one can equally understand how it feels unless they have walked in the same shoes. Here are a few tips that might help you better cope with this unspeakable tragedy.
Lean heavily on support.
Find your support system and lean heavily on them. Don’t be shy about showing them your emotions. Bawl if you need to, be angry if you need to. Let it all out and trust that your support system (family, friends, or even mutual friends with the deceased) will be there for you.

Don’t be afraid to cry.
It is a known fact that crying heals and releases feelings. You don’t need to hide to cry your heart out. You just lost a significant part of yourself. You need all the release that this beautiful form of self-expression can bring you.

Don’t hesitate to speak.
Like Eucharia Anunobi, speak! By speak I mean, don’t be afraid to talk about your loved one who you just lost. Tell the beautiful stories and the ridiculous ones. These will help keep their memories alive and uplift you. Think comforting thoughts. Eucharia Anunobi let it all out when she said “I am going to miss everything about my son. Now, there would be no one that would call me to say ‘Mummy where are you? You said you would be home by 7:30 and now it is 7:45. You are 15 minutes late.” Don’t be afraid to speak.

Don’t play the blame game.
It easy to torture yourself by asking the one million what-if questions. What if I was there earlier, what if I had done this differently, and so on. But don’t do this. It’s not productive because it will make it harder for you to cope and worse- it could lead to you carrying an enormous amount of guilt around with you for the rest of your life. Your beloved is gone. Nothing can undo that. Focus on carrying on because cruel as it may sound “Life will go on”.

Work, if work helps.
If you belong in an industry where mistakes are not life-threatening, or you feel you can handle it, then work. Something having something to do gives you the chance to focus on something else and before you know it, enough time has passed and it doesn’t hurt as much anymore.

Allow time to heal.
Don’t allow yourself to feel any pressure to get better at handling the feelings. Time heals, give yourself as much time as you need. One day? One month? One year? It doesn’t matter. All that matters is that when the time is right, you will start to feel better about it. Just wait till you’re ready. Then smile!

Hahahahaha grin grin grin Now this is funny. I am sorry again I cannot show you my account balance.

Recruitment director is actually my namesake wow! Well it is not your fault dear, scammers are everywhere.
I'm not asking for your account balance.Scratch everything out, just the part that shows that you got a deposit from daily posts...Or your other friends that got paid. That's all in asking really.Certainly its not to much to ask, particularly with how much help you've received and given based on your post history.

Then clear their name by showing a screenshot of your payment. Its really that simple.

My friends and I just received payment from dailyposts. Those who also could not FINISH the trial were also paid according to the number of days they were able to be productive.

Now this proves that the company listens and have geniune interest in working with Nigerians.

I can comfortably work with them now and anyone else who has shown interest.

....Speaking up is not a way of castigating, it is getting what is rightly yours!

Thanks to dailyposts, thanks to my fellow nairalanders.

See you all at the top!
Please show proof of payment. screenshot. thank you.

The delays and continued use of imprecise language (when addressing the payment issue) are good grounds to suspect a scam. . .
He was precise. He said 30 days. He said entries are still being processed. What is imprecise about that? Chill.

Yes I have a Bsc and I applied for PGC. Gaining admission is pretty easy for Canadian colleges. These are the following documents I submitted:
International passport Bio-data page
Bsc Transcripts
Statement of Result
Birth Certificate
Curriculum vitae
Online WAEC results with Scratch card attached
A form I downloaded and filled from there website, i can send it to your mail if you can't download it.
Then my transcripts was also sent to the school via post mail.
Then send all those docs you scanned to the international office mail

But the college mandates that you make a deposit of 2300cad before your offer letter is released. The whole process was done within a month. You know these colleges are highly business oriented lol
I will be very honest with you here. The recharge card I spent on making calls would buy me a techno phone because these Canadians can be very slow and annoying at times. If you don't call, I don't think your mails will be checked on time. I wish you all the best in your application.
please i asked before but you didnt answer
, did you have your transcript assessed by WES or ICAS?

Hey guys, I want to apply to a college in Canada but according to the info on the school site my intended course (computer science) requires that you must av studied some specific mathematics topics, I av my secondary school transcript but it only shows my grade and not the breakdown of the topics studied in each subject I don't know if I should just send them d transcript like that. And also I av C in my maths and physics in my waec didn't make chemistry but it's not needed for computer science though, are my chances of admission slim? I also have OND in computer science and am going to add it to my documents.
ask your school to give you a topic by topic syllabus?calendar? for the maths topics taken each term. If your school has a general book like a calendar, it will do, if not get them to write you an official letter that these are the topics taken.

If you meet all the requirements, there is no 'just because', you should get ITA.However, the question is how long will it take? ITA is points dependent, someone with 70 get an ITA before someone with 65 for the same occupation. You should also be sure that that occupation's ceiling/quota is not filled as at the time you are submitting EOI.
thank you so much
Travel / Re: General Guide To Australian Permanent Resident Visa Through Skilled Migration. by soopamom: 9:41am On Sep 18, 2016
Greetings everyone, please o, i need to understand something. Does getting a positive assessment from the professional body automatically translate to getting an ITA when you sibmit your EOI.particularly when your profession is on the list and if you meet up to other requirements ? I mean what are the chances of being turned down; "just because"?

Please help me with answers or help point me in the right direction. Thanks.
I am interested in migrating to Australia and only just started asking questions. I am and i noticed that though is not on the SOL, it is on the CSOL.
what are my chances with applying for a state sponsored visa?
should i just start a masters degree instead?
would applying for PR affect my chances of getting a student Visa if i apply for students visa while waiting for my PR to be processed/ materialize?
is it advisable to use an agent or is it something i can figure out on my own?
Thanks in advance to anyone who will be willign to give me some advice.
