UncleAyo: If I am HE Peter Obi, I will make peace and reconcile with Mr. Reno Omokri and then stay out of public sight for some period, say one or two years. I guess you're Reno's top fan on social media and swallow too much of his junks. Of all Reno's noise about Buhari, what happened? Reno supported GEJ and they lost. He supported Atiku, they lost too. I challenge Reno to conduct a poll to test Obi's popularity again, let's gauge the impact of his criticisms. 1 Like |

immortalcrown: Shawarma and Hotdogs.
As for me, I chose my meals based on their nutritional values, not based on their tastes or their appearances. So, I so much like Editan and Periwinkles.
Noodles tastes great but I avoid it because it is not just starch but artificial starch. The same applies to Macaroni and Spaghetti. I rather soak Garri that is natural.
What do you mean by artificial starch? Noodles is made from flour, same flour for bread, egg roll, Semo etc. Flour is made from Wheat ... the normal wheat grain that you know. . 1 Like

motymop: Tayo aina doesn't know what he talking about, those people sponsors his youtube channel, so he cant speak ill of them even though they are breaking the law.
In Europe, and America or even south africa, you can not build on a property just because you bought the land, you need to have the right permit and government approved documents.
Landmark isn't a tourist destination. Landmark is just like a small beach side resort for those who can afford it. and lets not talk about the overpriced and exploiting restaurants and cafe along that oniru beach shorelines
How many tourist visit landmark? majority of customers in landmark are Nigerians
it unfortunate that some people have spined these stuff into a tribal issue but along that shores, lot of restaurants, shops and also shanties will also be destroyed.
if we take into consideration, the effort the lagos and federal government took to reclaim most of that land from the ocean, they spent billions of naira doing that, but then how can you now claim ownership of something that has a master plan and the government have spent billions of dollars in doing.
Have you ever thought why there are no beach front house properties in Nigeria? it is because of the landuse acts and the claim that from 250M from the beach shore, the government owns it.
so why spin the news into something tribal, when you know you are breaking the land use act and also the government master plan
Mumu-man, Tayo is lamenting about the wisdom of govt killing a tourism shoreline just to do road and this makes sense to everyone except you alone. Why these accusations of collecting monies from tourism investors ... don't YouTube pay him? Did I hear you say foreigners don't visit Landmark? Are you for real? 1 Like 1 Share |

Domaining101: Popular Nigerian Travel and Tourism YouTuber Tayo Aina, has come out to share his take about the current controversies surrounding the coastal Highway project that resulted in the demolition of the popular Landmark Demolition beach in Lagos.
Tayo Aina who has almost a million subscribers on his YouTube channel mainly focused on travel and tourism, communicated his thoughts through his verified social media handle saying -
Tayo Aina Tayo, pls keep doing your thing from anywhere you are. I follow you and watch your videos. This country is so disgusting ... I can visualise your visit to LA video. I have watched it like 30 times . |
Politics / Re: Landmark Demolition: I'm Glad I Left Nigeria - Tayo Aina by Splashme: 7:24pm On May 01 |
turmacs: This country is a joke. And the funniest part is that some set of people will be happy with all these demolitions, thinking they're doing a certain tribe, not knowing they're doing themselve. Go on twitter, you'll see some people cheering that misplaced priority of a project, saying Igbos should go to their region and invest, they don't want Igbos investment in Lagos bla, bla, bla. But what they don't know is that other investors who are not Igbos are also watching and taking notes.
I just they laugh those people because by the time they realise what they doing to themselves, I'll be like when Zimbabweans began chasing white people and their investments out of their lands in the 1980's thinking they were doing the oyinbos, only for the country to suffer from one of the worst economic crisis known to mankind a few years later ![grin](https://www.nairaland.com/faces/grin.png)
Lastly as a SS babe, this is for those of you saying "God bless people of SS & SW", deceiving yourselves, if Nigerian divides today and for some reason, SS are not able to get their own country, We would rather go with the Igbos than join ourselves with the same corrupt people that have been responsible for our sufferings and the sufferings of Nigeria at large since 1960. Make una continue to dey deceive unaselves, we know our true friends and know our true enemies.
Shalom ✌️ I agree 100% with your last paragraph . |
Politics / Re: Nigeria’s Declining Economic Activities Worrisome – CBN by Splashme: 6:56pm On May 01 |
seborrhic: This is the one CBN top ranking official that has made sense and probably knows his onions. Increased fuel price and full floating of the ₦ alone without commiserate increased wages across board, public, private led to one of the most dreaded economic nightmares, for any country that is serious:contraction of the economy because people can't afford to pay for some goods and services, even if available. What does that do:reduces the buying of goods that manufacturers and producers depend on,reduces the income that artisan, bricklayer, small shop owner, medium shop owner, non foods businesses get. Even transport reduces because some go on only essential days, then even fuel consumption reduces because car owners don't get to buy as much;etc, all these lead to contraction of the economy. In an economy run property, even goverment income should reduce because there is less profit or income generated by companies to pay taxes. But since the Nigerian economy is headed by profiteers, scammers, politicians and others with looted funds, all these don't affect what the government sees at the end of the day,so business and life goes on as usual from the government side Bayo Onanuga will soon warn him not to address the press again . 1 Like |
