It seems you've developed some kind of mindset of "i'm holy in an unholy environment, nothing good will ever happen here."
I've managed a 5 star hotel for 5yrs & most of what you wrote there are false.I can confidently say some managers are very professional in their job. Not every men & woman that lodge in a hotel come for sexual or illicit activity. I believe your job description doesn't entails monitoring & taking notes of what adults do with their lives when they lodge in a hotel, or is it?

To say my post is false leaves nothing to desire of a supposed hotel manager. You may not have been doing it but I tell you, my manager is deeply into it. Also, looking at how people end up dying in hotels due to sex mostly married people, it's high time their illicit act is being discussed on the Internet.

Op, I worked in a hotel for 6 years before deciding that the job is not for me anymore.
There is nothing hidden under the sun that I've not seen or heard before....
I personally think everyone should have the "hotel work experience" Because the job will prepare your mind to always expect the unexpected.
In my 6 years of working in a hotel, I've seen things that have changed my life and my psychology , I've seen things that can destroy marriages, businesses, familes etc.

It was a wonderful experience but I just decided that I was done with it and needed to move on.

Bro, who no come, no go know. That's is just it.

Please elaborate more the married women, I'm trying to get something for an article I'm writing.

There's a particular time a married woman in her 50s was bringing a young man to the hotel to do the normal thing. On their way, a serious stormy rain caught up with them. I mean serious one that the vision became very poor. The woman who was the one driving still maneuvered to get to the hotel. Just when she was about entering the hotel, due to poor vision, the car fell into the gutter. I couldn't stop laughing that day.

It seems nowadays, men are more likely to fall on the hands of pussy than bandits or kidnappers.

Sometimes when I read the stories of some randy or philandering men who sees banging many girls as some kind of achievement or status, I don't blame the women when they are being killed like a cheap fool.

For those thinking that they are smart and can avoid situations like this, just remind yourself that the people who got killed thought they can avoid it too until they met their waterloo.

The future is bleak. The coming generation is doomed. It won't get better, it will only get worst, trust me.

Believe me I don't see it getting better anytime soon or at all.

So wives, 99% chances are that your husband is not sleeping with you alone. And there's a saying, "if you want to know the best hotels in town, then follow married men" and it's true. Know this and know peace.

Seems your major preoccupation and work is monitoring immorality in your place.

You use the word 'immorality' like Deeper Life members

What they are doing there is nothing than immorality. An apt definition.

Career / Working In A Hotel For 6 Months Now: My Experience. by SpringofLife: 11:39pm On Jun 25, 2021
My experience working in a hotel.

Although I always wanted to write this but I think with the trending story of Chidinma and Super TV boss, it is a good time to do it.

I finished school 3years ago and have been hit by unemployment in the country. Out of no choice, I landed for a hotel work with meagre salary. Well, that story has already been told on another of my thread (check my profile for the thread).

So out of hunger and frustration, I accepted the offer as it was the only available option. About 6 months into the job now, I can say I'm marveled by what I see daily in the place. The level of sexual immoralities in the country is something else.

First, thhe owner of the hotel is a calm gentleman married to a beautiful woman with kids but he still has side chicks. He's someone who travels a lot but he has chicks in all these places. Secondly, the manager is a prolific womanizer. He has this habit of lodging different girls in different rooms and would go round having sex with each and everyone of them. Of course the cost of doing this is no child's play. He probably spends at least 30k or above daily to run these multiple of sex partners. Not castigating the man but the wife is quite industrious trying to pick every penny here and there while the husband is spending big on girls.

Another set of people are yahoo boys. They are the top customers in the place. These guys with their money have been able to bring out the slut in girls. You see them doing all sort of things with our regular Nigerian girls in the street carrying face like they don't know anything whereas they've involved in unexplainable and unimaginable sexual immoralities. Yahoo boys have used them for 3some, 4some and other group/party sex setting. Most times, these boys book a suite to host sex party. it could be 3 boys and 5 girls. I mean even beautiful girls that look calm, homely, innocent and even churchy engage the these act.

And now to the grand patrons, the king of kings and the Lord of lords, the married men. These people take it as a duty to sleep around with young girls. You see them bringing in different girls to the hotel to sleep with them. The case of Chidinma and TV boss was just one out of thousands and millions happening on daily basis. When I look at all these, I weep for us singles guys and the future in general. I may be correct to say there's no decent girl out there again from what I have seen.

Not trying to demonize only married men, married women are not back seat takers at all. They are actively involved in extra marital affairs sleeping with both single guys or other married men.

Finally, I want to dedicate this piece of work to nollywood. Most of the scripts they play are manifesting in our real time encounter.

Politics / One Question Most Nigerian Youths Don't Have Answer To Today. by SpringofLife: 7:25pm On Jun 23, 2021
Reading through my earlier thread, you'd understand my predicament as regarding employment. Now, that is not just me. Thousands and millions of other Nigerian youths are in similar situation.

So I was trekking to somewhere when I stumbled on a friend I met last a long time ago. He actually finished his degree programme 2 years before me. We exchanged pleasantries and happy to see each other again. He was actually with two other young men. Next was this question: "what are you doing now?" - he asked me. Of course, I didn't have exact answer for him. I turned back and asked him same question, behold he had no exact answer for me either. We looked ourselves and uncontrollably busted into laughter while those he was with also joined us. That is the level the country has reduced the youth to.

Unemployment is a pathetic situation in the country.

How is that luck?? sad

Op I suggest you lay your complaint to the hotel manager. That work is demeaning to any human.
The Hotel HR should inspect the rooms of the customers checking out, if they messed it up let them clean their own mess.
I can't accept such modern day slavery.

SpringofLife
No hardworking graduate deserve such treatment.
I also suggest you do volunteering works to the firm you wana work for. The passion for the job would suffice the no-payment policy you would have agreed with them. Let it be a training for you. Maybe 3times a week thingy then get a menial job that can be getting you small small change for the body and soul to be kept together.
Anyways, I'm not yet a graduate but it breaks my heart to see people suffer after suffering in school.
Good luck bro

Thank you very much.
